James Graser: Great gym lots of equipment and everything is in great condition since it was just built. Everyone is friendly and it has a competitive environment where everyone wants to get better but I would not recommend for inexperienced lifters. I switched from onelife and it is worth the money.
Sumit Agrawal: My experience at this LA Fitness location was deeply disappointing and, frankly, shocking compared to the standards one would expect from such a well-known fitness chain. This gym is in a state of serious disrepair and neglect.
The overall environment is the first red flag. The space feels less like a modern gym and more like a crowded warehouse. A vast number of machines are crammed together, making it difficult to navigate and find a comfortable workout area. Looking up, the ceiling is a map of neglect, with widespread water stains and several sections of the false ceiling completely open or missing.
The most significant issue is the condition of the equipment itself. Many of the machines look like they have been poorly maintained for years. I observed significant rust on metal frames, layers of ingrained dirt and sweat on surfaces, and upholstery that was cracked and worn. It gives the impression that the equipment is secondhand and not up to any reasonable standard of hygiene or quality.
To make matters worse, on the day of my visit, there was no running water in the facility. A gym without access to water for members is unacceptable for both convenience and basic sanitation.
Unfortunately, nothing about my visit to this location was positive. The combination of a dilapidated facility, poorly maintained equipment, and a lack of basic amenities left me with no desire to ever return. Prospective members should be aware that this particular gym does not reflect the brands image and falls far short of a clean, motivating, or professional workout environment.
Michael Meehan: Ive been a member here since 2018 and for the most part the gym is good.
But it is being ran by high schoolers who have no idea about customer service. And thats the managements fault. They are not training these kids at all. They cant and wont help you with any issue you have.
Another issue, price the drinks with the correct pricing instead of charging $1 or $2 more at register and say " Im sorry, those are the old prices...we just havent changed prices".
Anaya Johnson: Yo, the sweet pretty girl Kassandra . So sweet . Beautiful lashes. And was very welcoming to me and made me really feel the planet fitness experience. People like her is the reason why I come to planet fitness because all the other gyms are so uptight . Bougie and Kassandra really took care of me . Great customer service . I will be coming back and recruiting my family to come as well. She made the experience very welcoming and that’s something I’ll always remember .and I will be back!
Mitchell J: One Life Windermere is a great place to workout. They have added multiple cable racks, a separate leg area, a huge green space, etc. All of these additions have actually made the gym more spacious and easier to workout in, even during crowded hours. Great place to workout for young and older people. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The Kids area is also very nice. All the staff that watch the kiddos are very friendly and nice. The front desk staff is great and they keep the place very clean. There is someone constantly cleaning the floors, dusting the machines, etc.
