    Dasha Lantz: Mr. Knight was recommended to me by a client. I was a week away from closing on my new home and my existing insurance company quoted us an astronomical rate. I contacted Mr. Knight’s office and Patsy picked up the phone, she was an absolute sweetheart. She got all of my information and had Mr. Knight work on a quote for me. I initially just needed the homeowners, but when he quoted me about $1200 less than my current vehicle premium, my jaw dropped. I had to ask him if he was joking. I appreciated that I wasn’t charged extra to use my credit card for monthly deductions, and I sure appreciated all the hard work they did to ensure everything was forwarded to the mortgage company within 24 hours. Highly recommend this office, it has been such a pleasure doing business with them.

    Theresa El-Amin: I spent hours setting up new auto and renters insurance policies with autopay starting February 19. Paid over $400 by check for January payment using an account that was different from the voided check I provided to Sarenity for autopay to start on February 19. Got letter from company called Assurant with list of autopay schedule from the wrong account. Called Mendez Hollis and had the misfirtune of getting Melissa. She listened and then started talking over me without acknowledging me by name. I asked to speak with Sarenity. Melissa kept annoying me with her childlike inability to grasp my request to speak with the agent who set up the policies. Hope Sarenity will call me back. If not, someone may call when the 2/19 payment is declined.

    Jada L. Bowman: Progressive is the worst insurance company you could possibly go for. They don’t even know how to accept or process a simple payment! I pay all my bills on time so at no point in time should anyone ever be calling me saying my anything is about to get turned off because you didn’t do your job. I called several times to verify that my payment was successful and I was reassured several times that there was no issue with my payment, now all of a sudden … Two weeks later I’m getting phone calls and them threatening to stop my services. This is the most stupid thing I’ve ever been through and I will be moving to a different company ASAP.
