When asked for a refund all of sudden no one spoke English anymore or knew how to use the card payment machine to refund my money. I had 3 animals in the car in the parking lot fresh out of surgery and had to transport them back to their home. I couldn’t wait around any longer than what I already had for them to refund me my money. I just took the tooth. That was the longest 4 hours drive back to my destination ever. I was mad the whole way. $150 down the drain.”
