Its ashamed that more private business owners dont operate like Queens Jewelry. Watch batteries and minor repairs are handled while you wait, awesome service in todays world!

4 /5 Quan Nguyen: Owner was very nice and the prices were fair. I had a ring polished and another rings diamond reset and it was $20.00 each which seems to be his minimum per service. Both rings work wasnt the BEST but it was still good for the price. He also has a few knick knacks and novelties for sale in the store and some are a bit expensive. I did end up buying an electronic component and didnt mind the bit of extra money since he was a nice guy. He doesnt seem to have much jewelry so it seems more like hes a jewelry repair place than an actual jewelry store. A lot of reviews dont mention that hes Vietnamese which is an important note to make, we have a lot of Vietnamese in this area so he can be quite helpful to those who dont speak very good English. I spoke to him entirely in English and had no issues. Would definitely come back again for jewelry repair!

1 /5 John Jackson: He tries to fix everything with a new battery. After about 3 return visits he was finally convinced my watch needed servicing, which is why I came to him in the first place. so then he says he serviced the gears which did not work. After some return visits he said I needed a new circuit board or movement. He says he replaced my movement with a new one which came with a one year guarantee. My watch is still not working. He has proven he can not fix my watch, so even though my guarantee is good, I will not be returning to him.

4 /5 Dieselbjt: Inside the shopping center on the side of Wal-Mart. Very easy to spot. Not much parking spaces available. Ive been getting my battery replaced in my ⌚️ for a long time. Great prices & good friendly service. Id recomend this store for your jewelry and ⌚️ repairs.
