We came there to get a quote and the front desk person was very rude, then they kept us waiting to get a simple quote, the guy that was "helping" us said he would go and take pictures of the house to give us our quote and would call us the next day. Never called us. I will contact their headquarters because no one should get treated like this. The good thing is that we found a very good quote with State Farm. They know how to treat their customers.

Out of all of the quotes I received, not only was the State Farm quote the best coverage and the best price, Grace was literally the only agent that followed up with me after providing the quote. She was also the only agent that listed our names and address on the quote to match our loan documents. Our closing date was changed and she kept in touch to make sure things were handled. She was also able to get us a better deal on auto insurance, so we swapped our vehicles over to State Farm as well. Literally the easiest part of our home buying experience was Grace sitting us up with insurance.
