Terrie Harper It was good but it didnt take long for the cost of the insurance to go up. Seems like you just have to change Insurance every 6 months or so to keep your cost down. I dont understand it. Other than the cost it was a good experience but currently looking for cheaper insurance. You can find cheaper insurance to get you in and then they raise it in 6 months forcing you to continually have to keep changing insurance companies you cant be loyal to them anymore.

Roy Fagan My nephew was insured by Alfa. An elderly man, who was cited in the accident report for 2 infractions, totaled both cars. My nephew was not cited and had witnesses at the scene. Al Smith was his agent. Numerous attempts were made for assistance. Either Mr Smith did nothing or he was out of the office each time he was called.

Michael I am in the process of moving to Dalton from another state. I visited this office Monday March 2. It was raining very hard. There was no one at the reception desk. A man was sitting in an office within sight would not acknowledge that I was there. My wife and I talked for a minute and left. I weathered rain from my car to their office just to be ignored. I bought both auto and homeowners insurance at another place.
