Rick, our tax accountant, always has a smile on and is very knowledgeable where it comes to his trade. Taxes are always a tedious affair, but Rick makes them seem effortless.

Wilken Dorcilien: The worst company in the world. They have no ethic. I have been lied to so many times. I made a settlement for them to remove the account out of my credit, they took the money since October. Every time I call they ask me to dispute so it can be removed faster when I dispute they return it as being accurate. I have a letter from them committed to remove their name on my report. Every time I call they said they removed it but they actually didnt. Updated 07/20/2025 We paid the $1500 settlement in full and the account was settled. After many calls to their office, they decided to send me the letter confirmong that they received the money and accepted the settlement and removed the acccount from my credit report. Now, I received a letter to go to court because they say I still owe them over $4000. After the account has been settled.

Sheena Reece: Im reading these reviews and I am shocked! I love PFS. I did a 60 month contract on my vehicle and only have about 7 months left. NEVER has anyone been rude to me. NEVER have I been charged for something extra such as insurance. (I did receive a letter saying I didnt have auto insurance and would be charged if I didnt keep insurance or update the information. I called, they fixed the mistake...simple as that. You get several notices before they add their insurance) Theres been several times that I have had to be late because of holidays, illness, etc. PFS has always been happy to work with me. As long as you let them know whats going on and keep in contact, they are glad to help. Yes, the interest rates arent the best... but when you only have fair/poor credit (as I did at the time) and you cant afford to purchase out right, PFS is a great option. I am very thankful that they provided me with an auto loan and have helped me build my credit. It was definitely a better option than some Buy-Here-Pay-Here lot. Thanks PFS :)

I am trying to pay a supposed bill (we never received one from the hospital) for my daughter who is barely over 19 and you would think they are the FBI. I am getting interrogated about the phone number we call from, credit card used, etc. I have paid off cars easier than this $600. I thought they wanted to collect the (alleged) debt?!? They are all extremely rude. I was called a liar, she wouldn’t take the payment until my husband got on the phone and had to get really nasty with her. Furthermore, I cannot believe a reputable hospital uses this antiquated company. Ms Williams was the person we dealt with. She definitely works for the right company.
