They dont care about customers and your situation, pay them or they will put your car up for auction and not communicate anything with you!!!! And when they do, theyll give you the wrong info, Never again, stay away at all cost, steal the money before you borrow from them

They lack transparency and the customer service is atrocious. I pay this company for services and cant get people on the phone. They send emails at closing on Friday evening so its Monday before they can be reached. This is a very dishonest practice and I need answers.
