1 /5 B D: Reviews represent each person individual experiences and it helps to paint a good picture of the type of entity you can come to expect. A respectable company doesnt hide their consumer reports. They lack transparency and the customer service is atrocious. I pay this company for services and cant get people on the phone. They send emails at closing on Friday evening so its Monday before they can be reached. This is a very dishonest practice and I need answers.

1 /5 Kay Jones: Horrible organization! They lie to you and hold up your claim. They pay through a certain date and then after holding up the claim for weeks change the dates that they have paid you. Thereby, paying you less money than they owe you. I have ask for a supervisor call back by phone and email for months and they have never returned my call. They owe me for several months now some of which I will never get because of underhanded manipulation. They don’t want to pay and they don’t!!!

1 /5 Diane Fields: Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Im still waiting for a check for my short-term disability and its been over a month. They act like youre taking money out of their pockets. I hate this company.
