1 /5 Robert Giancarlo: Not the place I would choose to do business with ever again. So heres my story, I dropped off a project and specifically asked the lady behind the counter if this was something they could do. She answered that they COULD get it done in a little over a week due to the curing process. She bills me $150.00 with the remainder to be paid once the entire scope of the project is known. At no point in time was I told that they could not complete this project due to the size of it. In fact, I helped the lady measure the project and still, after all the measuring, I was assured this was something they could do. Days start passing and I get no call back indicating the process of the project even though I was told they would call me later to discuss and bill the remaining balance.
I called multiple times to find out what was going on with the project.
Not only do I never receive a call back from any employee, when I finally get in touch with someone today, 2/11/19, Im told that the project cannot be done or must be sent off for someone else to do it. Any of you could have called me within those fifteen days and tell me that it could not be done. Or better yet, you could have called me back like your employees promised every time I called. A simple phone call to let your customer know what is happening with their project cant be too much to ask of you if you are in the service industry.
