My emerald engagement ring is a heirloom from my husband’s grandmother. It means a lot to my husband and I. We initially just took my wedding and anniversary bands in for service, however the staff (mentioned above) took notice to my engagement ring and how important it is to us. They gave us great advice, took special care of my ring, and refurbished it back to new! (She needed a lot of TLC!) They treated us more than just everyday customers; we felt as if we were their friend and they were happy to take care of us. Their motivation, devotion, and passion for their business truly shows.
