Claires - Albany (GA)

4 /5 John Brasington: My daughter wanted her ears pierced, so we decided to go to Claires. I was worried because she doesnt do well with pain, but the piercer was so professional and let her hold a stuffed unicorn from the shelf while she got it done. She was very sanitary and made my daughter feel comfortable through the whole thing. The only con about the store is the prices are quite high. I guess you get what you pay for, though.

5 /5 Jennifer Combs: My daughter had her ears pierced today by Kattie at this store. My daughter took quite some time and was full of anxiety. Kattie was patient and so very, very kind. Compassion is her middle name. My daughter is beaming with happiness over her ears. Kattie was the only person on staff at the time and handled several other customers at the same time. There was another customer that Kattie helped pick out earrings because the customer couldnt see that well. Kattie went above, beyond and all around! She multitasked and never skipped a beat making us all feel seen and taken care of. Thank you so much Kattie!

1 /5 Mallory W: I called the day before to schedule and appointment, did, and they confirmed it, just to show up to a closed store. That was not fun explaining to a 5 year old who really had her heart set on getting her ears pierced.
