1 /5 Katie Horton: Poor client service. People are nice, but cannot provide what I need. Paycheck Protection through CCB is pathetic and unavailable. App is temperamental. Questions go unanswered. Save yourself the trouble and AVOID AT ALL COST. *Review is based on all Capital City locations,not just this office.

5 /5 Sandy Hagans: I Love this bank. Friendly bankers and tellers. I got a loan from them, my bank that Ive been with for years ... said I dont have "enough credit"! CCB gave me a chance, all my payments are being made on time. Thank. yOu CCB If I could give this bank 10 stars, I would.
