5 /5 Miranda Revels: I opened my account at the Dudley branch and they were so kind, so helpful and so courteous. I now do most of my business at the Veterans Blvd branch and I could not ask for a better bank. Anything I have needed, over the phone or in person, has been handled with ease. Extremely pleasant experience!!

2 /5 Jessica Glass: Friendly/ helpful employees but definitely isn’t a convenient bank. They don’t have 24/7 customer service over the phone nor are they open on the weekends. So if you have any banking issues over the weekend you’re screwed.
