After a friendly and productive conversation, I was sold and knew that this would be MY Insurance Company. Paree even suggested the Defensive Driver online course, to save extra on premiums. Subsequently, I worked with KIRA. Knowledgeable, efficient handling...and the best, most patient friendliest attitude! Now THATS the way Insurance should be (but unfortunately isnt always!!). With Kira, I can be comfortable asking questions and knowing they will be answered efficiently and knowledgeably. A big thank you to Kira for her patience, caring and cheerfulness...and making me feel valued!

Representative Tierra Sills was unresponsive and unprofessional, and her manager Jeremy Henson offered no real help. Both showed zero urgency or concern for resolving my issue. Progressive puts obstacles before policyholders instead of providing service.
