Ari: Had them for car insurance they are terrible when my car agency asked for proof of insurance I called them so they could fax it to my agency but they acted like they had no idea what that was until I called them back and request they send it or I could go in person and pick it up which they didn’t want so finally they did what I asked. I paid way too much every month for poor service every time I needed assistance like when it rained/hail so I had a question about what if it affected my car & they hung up on me. Glad I found another car insurance company who is helping me. All punto Latino would do is make TikTok’s, never actually do any work. *Edit* I was a customer please do not lie saying I was not.
