Ari: Had them for car insurance they are terrible when my car agency asked for proof of insurance I called them so they could fax it to my agency but they acted like they had no idea what that was until I called them back and request they send it or I could go in person and pick it up which they didn’t want so finally they did what I asked. I paid way too much every month for poor service every time I needed assistance like when it rained/hail so I had a question about what if it affected my car & they hung up on me. Glad I found another car insurance company who is helping me. All punto Latino would do is make TikTok’s, never actually do any work. *Edit* I was a customer please do not lie saying I was not. Matthew Clark: Quickest and cheapest Ive ever heard of getting a bonded title. Staff was very quick, polite and helpful. I only post reviews if I am very impressed or very disappointed and I was very impressed with this service. For my bonded title they gave me all the info I needed to take back to the tag office and instructions to make it easy and the whole process from getting my officer inspection to getting my tag probably only took 2 hours for everything. They are in a great location close to Sheriffs office and tag office making it very convenient. An insurance customer came in to pay his renewal while I was there and they even seemed interested in making sure he was getting the best deal possible. If anyone you know is looking to have a bonded title or something like that I would definitely recommend that you stop in here first. They are a family business who cares about the customer and are very good at what they do. Thank you Andrea and the whole staff!
