John OConnor: I was convinced to change carriers by Brian Bass in 2021. The first year was fine but when our 1 year renewal came up our premiums jumped 33% for auto and 39% for our home. We did not have one claim and their answer was that rates just went up. I got back with Allstate who I had previously and they have my auto rates back to where they were before I went to Valor. Valor Insurance (Jeff Hathaway & Brian Bass) can not be trusted and once there is a problem they did nothing to help. They dont even deserve one star.
