1 /5 Brenda Breedon: Originally had this company as my auto and home insurance. Richard Ferguson was asked to send information to my loan company, it took numerous times contacting him to get the info. Also this agent didnt send in the auto insurance info to South Carolina Lexington DMV that caused my husbands drivers license to be suspended. When I change from Simple Risk Solutions (Richard Ferguson) to a local company in Lexington. I again had issues from him not taking my phone calls. Richard Ferguson needs to have his license taken away. I also think this company should be shut down.

5 /5 Carol Lafollette: Since moving to Atlanta we have dealt with Simple Risk Solutions for all of our insurance needs. I feel that we were able to get very competitive rates. Richard is very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to save us money and give us good advice as far as what coverage we would need. I would recommend him to anyone looking for new insurance or for a change.

5 /5 Andrew Prosser: I had a house fire which nearly tripled my homeowners insurance with my old carrier. I met with Richard and found a policy with a reputable carrier for half of the rate. I was so happy I switched the rest of my coverages over to him. Great personal touch as well as terrific rates!

1 /5 J Davidson: I asked for my policies to be cancelled Friday 07/24/21 to prevent an auto and home policy renewal draft today (07/27/21). I emailed Richard Ferguson at Simple Risk Solutions. He requested a signed confirmation of cancellation. I provided it and even stated I was concerned about the auto draft. No response. This morning my checking WAS auto drafted. It sent my account into the negative balance which will certainly cause an overdraft fee from my bank. Its taken several hours to get a response with copies of the cancellations (auto and home). He also stated, "Your account will be refunded in 3-5 business days." Zero apology for the inconvenience nor explanation to what happened. Very poor communication, lack of heart, and follow through.
