They would stop responding to me when i asked them to supply my information to the state. Now, I just got an email today that my policy was canceled with no notice. I called headquarters to figure out what happened and they told me this agent didnt send in the necessary paperwork. Now Im stuck on a Friday, after buisness hours, and left without auto insurance. Very poorly managed group!

John Richardson: I had previously written a positive review of this insurance agency but I am withdrawing my positive review. Nathan Brain had an office that was convenient and local to me. He decided to close the doors and move into downtown Newnan and not even bother to notify his customers. I learned of my insurance agents move by walking up and finding another name on the door. This is horribly unprofessional and Im certain that he feels the move will serve him for the better. He certainly doesnt seem to care how he serves his customers. I am looking for another agent closer to my home to serve my needs. I no longer recommend Nathan Brain.
