1 /5 Caleb Gifford: I am leaving to go out of the country in a few days. I go in to ask for a certain amount of money in that countries currency. They completely got the order backwards. Let’s just say they were way off by over $1,000. Also, their fee to deliver the money was $17 compared to Truist which is $10.

5 /5 Jim Durden: Best customer service ever. Answered every question I had, and made me feel welcome as a customer. I like the fact there are bank branches from North Ga to as far south as Valdosta, Ga.

1 /5 Derek: Small business owner here. I was recently thinking about opening an account here, but so glad I didnt. I needed change to put air in my car and it was closer for me to go to Bank OZK rather than TRUIST. Who I have several accounts with, personal & business. When I greeted the teller, she couldnt wait to smugly tell me I needed an account for them to provide change. What a ridiculous archaic rule. Some people will do anything to not do their job SMH. Glad Im keeping my money with a different bank.

3 /5 Eyeseeitall: The people are great- hands down. It took 3 days to open a simple free business checking account. I had to call customer service to have that account added to my business mobile app (it doesnt happen automatically). Then, the deposit limit on mobile banking is $2500/day- for a business, that is not enough. They claim it is to avoid fraud... Please... it is is a DEPOSIT into the account, and you wont let me use all that cash for 3 days anyways. My old bank was $10,000/day. The people are very friendly but this rule is absurd for a business. On the business side, it is not a seamless experience.
