1 /5 LKD: Went here to register for a license plate. Woman at the desk was extremely rude and irritated. When I asked a simple question she kept avoiding answering multiple times. She then got angry and called a coworker to tell me exactly what she told acting as if I was dumb and could not comprehend English. I then just walked out as they are not prepared to answer simple questions.

KiKi X: Every time I come down here, the service is atrocious and the people are rude and simply do not care. They don’t pay attention to what they are doing and put their clientele in stressful positions. I know this job is difficult because I work THE EXACT SAME JOB in a different county. This is disgraceful. If the tax commissioner allows this type of service at the tag office, then Jessica Garrett needs to be voted out and replaced with someone who will hold their community to a higher standard.

Jamie Partridge: Been with this bank for a couple of years..knew I should have left when I went in to deposit money and the next day it was not in my account. Had to go in the following day and they told me the teller just forgot to deposit it? Then just now we sold our house and I got charged an undeliverable mail fee. We had a forwarding mail address. Called in and was given the nastiest customer service and tone.. it’s the principle. I will be changing banks. Would not recommend this bank.

Monica took her time getting everything we needed to take care of completed. She was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, understanding, and truly amazing. The branch manager and other staff members are also amazing. The people we spoke to before our appointment with Monica were as friendly, and knowledgeable as she is. My overall experience at this bank has been amazing and I highly recommend this branch.
