    Brent: I like banking with Renesant but the only location open on Saturday is the Cartersville location which was closed October 6th at 10:30am and posted hours did not reflect hours for Saturdays. I had previously made deposits here on Saturdays and prior to that in Town Lake until they changed to no longer being open on Saturdays. The girls in Woodstock all know me and send thank you cards everytime I visit. Ive banked with the big wigs and even worked for one. Here I feel like a little more than just a number but they really should have more branches open on Saturdays for people like myself who have no possibility of making it to the bank by closing on Friday. 3 stars for Saturday hours and mobile check deposits taking 4 days to process. Also the app needs some work, errors often.

    Grant Ballew: Ive been a regions customer for almost 20 years and when someone stole $3000 from my account, they couldnt even give me a manager to speak with. Show your customers some respect. When most people have that kind of money stolen from them, its pretty upsetting. But you can tell that for the people working there its no big deal. The tellers have sort of an "oh hmm" response. Edit: hey hector how about instead of giving me your generic response you do something about the debit card fraud and treat your customers like they are actual people. Im sure if your wife had this happen youd get it resolved ASAP.

Cause they will shift them around and use the confusion to siphon money from your account and if you show up upset and try to leave then the manager has to stop you cause they cant let a customer leave upset. Well then hell try to force you to calm down and if you imply you dont wanna speak to him then hell close your account simply for his own wounded ego. Only place thats so blatantly disinterested in its own customers

She also explained to me about putting a spending limit on the account. I could go on and on about her, you don’t always find banker as nice and patient as Mrs. Brown. (If there’s a such thing as cloning she would be the one to clone.❤️
