    Landon Kompelien: Do not waste your time here with a hard credit pull (or two) like they did to me. We were looking to borrow against our paid off 2014 Ram 1500 to pay off some higher interest debt. Was going to borrow 12000 against it. They ran my credit, collected my documents and scheduled a time to close the next day. Was told I had to bring the collateral to close (thats new to me as well as having a "closing" for an auto/refinance loan) Got a call the day of "closing" saying I need a cosigner now and still havent discussed any numbers yet. I say fine. I have my wife call and do the same thing. We start going over terms...34% interest for a secured collateral loan!!? Wouldnt do a 24 month term that I had requested and would only loan 6700$ on the truck that we currently have it guaranteed valued at 25000$ with our insurance. Do NOT waste your time here. Update 4/17/25: Go to a credit union. I just got 8.24% on the terms I originally wanted. Also wanted to say that everybody at this location was extremely nice and helpful and in no way was this their fault. It seems to be a corporate issue and just bad interest rates from One Main Financial and even predatory.

    Bianca L: I had recently gave this company a good review. Was really disappointed with the phone call I received today from one of the representatives today. I recently renewed and she called to tell me my payment came due Saturday and asked when I wanted to set it it. I kindly said “this Friday the 12th” she rudely said how she can do a “one time courtesy” for me and put me down for that date but that it HAS to be ok or before due date. I get that payments need to be on time, and I have fell behind before, but I always communicate with them and usually they are very understanding. I asked her how much my payment would be with late fee and she ignored me and said “okay thanks bye” just thought it was kind of rude especially after I just talked so highly of them, and have been working on getting my account caught up.
