2 /5 Trent Poole: Started out good. Now they keep raising my auto rate even though we havent had a claim, ticket or accident in over 20 years.

1 /5 Mark Seagroves: Terrible business practices. I called for 2 weeks to get my homeowners policy reinstated, before it was set to expire. The agency seemed to have no concern, after not one call back. Now I’m being told that it cannot be reinstated. This has left me in bad standings with my mortgage company. Search elsewhere, before going with this agency.

5 /5 April Adams: Switched to Alfa several months ago from State Farm, saved my family and I couple hundred dollars. Everyone is so friendly and nice, especially my agent Will. Always answers any email I send, if he doesn’t know the answer, he makes sure he will find out. I recommend Alfa in Jasper. Great folks!!!

She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

Jordan Smalls: Ever since relocating to GA I have had nothing but issues with this company. I will be switching to another insurance. My cost also went up when I’ve never been in an accident and have never had a ticket before. Basically, I keep getting letters from the state saying that I don’t have insurance. I also was unable to get my license plate switched over because the state was saying that I don’t have insurance. I PAY $150 DOLLARS A MONTH and have been since the beginning of this year and have NEVER had a lapse in insurance so I don’t understand why they keep sending me letters saying that I am not actually insured. Either way I am SICK of it and will be purchasing my insurance through a company that actually works and knows what they’re doing. This is ridiculous. I have had a car and insurance for 12 years now and have NEVER had this issue. I’m over it.
