Sophia: I have been waiting since June 2023 for any kind of update from Jillian Todd, and she has completely disregarded me as a client. She does not return calls for months, and the only way I can get any information is through her receptionist—who can only do so much. She doesn’t follow up with insurance adjusters, and I have yet to see any progress on my case. At this point, I can’t even say if this is about money because I’ve never seen a check. The lack of communication and professionalism is unbelievable. The only reason her name is even recommended might be because of her father, but that does nothing for her actual clients. If you’re considering hiring her, don’t—you’ll get farther fighting your claim yourself. Jillian, if you see this, call me back. Couldn’t be more disappointed in the situation, I sustained an injury and didn’t get the help that I deserved because of her.
