1 /5 GAGIRL: Please DO NOT ever hire Chris Brown for any of your litigation needs! I have read through most of the reviews for this firm and it seems that most if not all of the negative reviews are directly related to him. I hired him to handle my divorce and he basically did nothing and charged me roughly $7,500. He responded to very few emails and I could never get him on the phone. He knew about my first "final hearing" nearly four weeks before I learned about it from the court and he never told me about it. I know this because I saw on my invoice that I was charged for him to view a peach court email concerning the final hearing date. When I voiced my concerns that we werent ready because it was such short notice, he never admitted to knowing about it for three to four weeks prior. Also, we hadnt prepared at all. He told me we would just prepare when he met me at the court house before the hearing. That also didnt happen. I asked him to request a new date and he told me he couldnt. He never had me in his office to discuss my case beyond the day of mediation. There were never any discussions concerning what I may be asked on the stand and what my responses should be. In addition, I was having a hard time getting some of my evidence from google and I asked him to subpoena the records. His response was that he couldnt, that it would be my responsibility to get them. My concerns were always ignored and then, he withdrew from my case two and a half weeks before the second "final hearing" for no reason. He claims that I was not cooperating because I didnt contact him. I tried all the time to contact him and was told that he was not available. He lied and said that he had contacted me on numerous occasions and left several messages on my voice mail. I dont have voice mail on either of my phones and havent in years, yet when I informed him of that, he said, "well, Ive tried to contact you." There were no missed calls on either of my phones from him and he never sent one single email to me in that time frame. However, I sent him two emails during that time frame and both went unanswered. After I hired my new attorney, she informed me that he could absolutely have subpoenaed the google records and then she promptly did! He did NOTHING for my case and then dropped me for no reason!! Please save your money and your sanity and hire a professional attorney. If I could have given him no stars, I would have.
