Garrett Lawhorn My appointment was canceled less than a day before my scheduled appointment. On the scheduled day I left 45 minutes early to make sure I made it on time not knowing it was cancel. While waiting in the car about 10 minute before the appointment, I got a message from the shop that my deposit was beginning returned and that my appointment was canceled. I inquired about this immediately but received no response. Believing this was some sort of mistake I went into the salon and told one of the stylist that I had a 8:30 appointment. The stylist did not know about the appointment asked who I had made the appointment with and I informed here that I made it on the website. She informed me that I had made the appointment with the owner and that she was not there but she would contact her. I was told that she was unable to get in touch with her. The stylist was apologetic and told me that if she could she would do my hair but she had a full schedule that day. Luckily, she pointed me to another salon that was able to do my hair. When I was finally able to get in touch with the owner she told me because I did not respond to a message about confirming the appointment that I received less than a day before the she canceled said appointment. I made this appointment on August 3 for August 22  and on August 18 I asked about a COVID questionnaire, if this confirmation was so important wouldnt it have been brought up in the interim? Never being one that keeps my phone at my hip and beside that being in the midst of taking my hair out and getting ready for the appointment, I would think it is only be natural not to respond on such short notice. Due to my canceled appointment I had to miss a day of work. I am not trying to criticize your business but you could and should have handled this better. As far as I concerned we will never do business again.

Linda I went in for a texturized, my hair was natural. Bad experience, I ask for a trim she cut my hair so short. I had length as being natural. My hair is straight from texturized. No defining curls and I ask for waves she didn’t get that correct either. I had to go back and let her wave my hair again. For $95.00 I am a dissatisfied client. I wouldn’t recommend seriously.

VICTORY Redemption I had a truly unique experience at this beauty salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt understood and cared for. She completely got the assignment, and my hair now looks and feels like silk—absolutely amazing! I cant get over how wonderful the shampoo smelled; I think I almost fell asleep while she worked her magic. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but shes also friendly and funny, making the whole experience enjoyable. I really appreciate her expertise, attention to detail, and her honest opinion. This is definitely the place to go if you want top-notch service and beautiful results!

Donald Thieme Both my wife and I are regular customers. Hye Sook is attentive to customer desires in terms of appearance. She is also very good at adding color using gentle and less permanent dyes. She has even cut my daughters hair since she was about eight years old.

robert emond Hye Sook is an amazing hair stylist. I go every few weeks and my wife goes every few months. Hye Sook does an amazing job on my wife’s hair. I like mine military short on the sides and a bit longer on top. My hair is stick straight and very thick. It’s a challenge to cut for sure. Hye does the best job I’ve seen in over 40 years. I like getting compliments on my hair and she cuts my eyebrows too. She’s been cutting my hair for over 5 years and I’ve always walked away with the best haircut. Thank you!
