Andrell Wells This was our first time being serviced with this company and we really enjoyed how they took great care of all three of our children. They don’t allow you to go to the back with your child and they do guide you to a window so that you are able to see what’s going on while the children are being serviced. The ladies at the desk were very helpful because we didn’t have the physical insurance card so they were able to look it up. They also communicated really well with letting us know what the children needed done. They were also able to get their cleaning and most of the dental work done the same day. Very greatful for Krystal amongst the other women at the desk. Also, Jessica who made sure to explain and answer any and all questions that we had about the dental work they needed done. Highly recommend this location. Gratitude for a great experience!

Thomas Nichols Jesus Christ! This place needs shut down after reading all the reviews and then going, Theyre not wrong! Took our 3 year old for his first cleaning and they wouldnt let both of us go back when used to they would! They then turned and blamed it on the "New Doctor they have, shes changed all the rules" Then they started talking about wanting him to get x-rays!? Needless to say we completely canceled the appointment and left, and after reading these other reviews I am glad we did! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE - DANGEROUS FOR ANY CHILDREN - IF YOU LOVE YOUR KID THIS PLACE ISNT WORTH THE SCARE OR WORRY! Also the doctor will cause a absolute FIT if you have more than 1 kid going there. The Nurse told my wife that even if youre a single parent with multiple kids and one is getting a cleaning and the other is being loud then its a problem! I MEAN REALLY Where do you want us to go!? Put that on the window outside and let PARENTS know before they trust to even bring them in. Absolutely SICK at how they practice..

Dixie Waters I have never had an experience as awful as this at any business. I made an appointment over the phone to schedule a filling for my child. The next day they called to reschedule, saying they dont do appointments that late, even though they set the appointment time just the day before. The next time we went, they rescheduled again due to scheduling conflict. Then at the next appointment they rescheduled AGAIN after having us wait for almost an hour to be seen. The most recent appointment was ridiculous. We got called back for consultation, then proceeded to wait in the lobby for almost 2 hours. We asked the front desk for an update because the lobby completely emptied out and we were still waiting. They said that during the consultation, they had meant to tell us that my child is unable to be seen right now, and that they will reschedule for 10 days out. We have been trying to get this filling done for a MONTH. We have been going to Franklin Dental for 5 years and something happens at almost every single appointment. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Ragan Simms The person at the front desk was great. But the young man doing the cleaning was very unprofessional. He came out front talking about someone special needs child. When I walked in he was arguing with a parent. He didnt want to service the children because he was ready to go home. He did not do a cleaning on my son teeth. He told one of his coworkers that it was a waste of water. I was told that medicaid dont cover deep cleanings when I know they do for children. I was questioned when I told them that I also have commercial dental insurance as well. I will bring my child back there. This visit was a complete waste of time.

Nia Williams Franklin dental Old national Atlanta Georgia is a great dental service the customer service great havent had any issues with the customer service only issues Ive ever had since my daughter has been going there is that once you make an appointment youre liable to get called stain that you have to come either earlier or reschedule due to them having an emergency or a tech or assistance not showing up or either quitting. Once they get that situated they are A1

Alexis Griszell Our visit at Franklin Dental was Fantastic!!! After reading the negative reviews I was concerned that I had made a major mistake. However, the service I received was fantastic! Giselle was pleasant and assisted me with check in. My appointment was at 8:00AM and doors were open at 7:45. My son was called back at 8:03. My insurance had already been checked prior to my arrival. At the end of my son’s appointment, his next 6 month visit was ready and I was able to make an additional appointment or fillings for a Saturday!!! Overall the visit was great and the staff was AMAZING!!

Rachel Nichole My daughter had some work done with the anesthesiologist team at Franklin Dental and they were on time at 5am, great with answering questions, overall nice staff and I was pleased with how the visit went and how well they allowed my daughter to get comfortable, super sweet to her. Her dentist however not through the anesthesiologist team but still at Franklin Dental was very nonchalant, she was just getting patients in and out and not showing any character or really talking to my daughter which didnt really make her comfortable at her very first visit. She could have talked more and at least acted like she wanted to be there and the visit could have gone better. The Dental assistants are super nice, my daughter loved the one who was helping with her . She was really friendly, showing her the different teeth cleaning tools they use , the light and introduced to her about what was going on really well. The lobby could use some toys for kids or somehow make the environment more kid friendly I was freezing during my whole visit and it was already cold outside.

Melissa Brinson Every time is a 2 hr wait. It took 2 1/2 hrs total. They over book so youre left waiting hrs. They lie and say it wont be long, youre next, but it still be hrs later. They need to do better with that. Thinking about changing dentist. A 2 yr old shouldnt have to wait 2 1/2 hrs just for a simple teeth brush.

THE TRIO SINGERS I just want to thank Cassandra from Franklin Dental for her kindness and concern to help me with getting my daughters insurance issue worked out. I was worried my daughter wouldnt get seen because of her insurance dropping the ball causing her to show up as inactive for her appointment and therefore unable to be seen by the dentist. So...Cassandra took time out of her extremely busy schedule to help me and called her insurance company to get things straightened out and she could have just told me to reschedule so I am thrilled with my treatment at Franklin Dental and Im grateful for her help. They were swamped today and she was so helpful. Thankyou so much

Makia Carberry Our last visit was the best ever. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Everyone works very well with each other and takes very good care of the patients. My son is still very young but the staff has made his visits easy and quick. My suggestion is when making an appointment, ask when is the best time to come to get in and out, especially if you have young children. They will advise you best, and you’ll be in and out in less than a half hour!

Maria Otero My family and I had a rough experience here. During my daughters appointment, she was understandably uncomfortable with the X-rays and began to cry. While this is not uncommon for children, I was concerned by how the situation was handled. The technician seemed visibly frustrated and continued attempting to insert the plastic X-ray piece into her mouth while she was clearly distressed. Rather than slowing down or offering calm reassurance, the tone felt rushed and impatient. It was especially alarming when I was asked if it would be okay to hold her down and force her mouth closed to complete the process. I told her absolutely not and that would be traumatizing for her. As a parent, I absolutely do not consent to physical force, especially in a pediatric setting. After I was able to speak to my daughter gently and my husband was able to show her pictures of dental X-rays on my phone, she understood and willingly cooperated. It was a moment that clearly showed the difference a patient and empathetic approach can make. Additionally, I was told there were no cavities present. However, her previous dentist had identified a cavity behind one of her front teeth and referred us to a pediatric office for pediatric care. I can also see a brown spot myself, which makes the conflicting information even more confusing. The dental hygienist who did the actual cleaning was the nicest in there. The dentist barely acknowledges you and never actually speaks to you. This experience has left me feeling unsettled and concerned, not only about the accuracy of her diagnosis but also about how children in distress are handled in this office. While the experience was upsetting and the impact on my daughter has already been done, I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve how future pediatric patients are treated, especially those who are anxious or scared. If your kid is a first timer, probably not the best place.

Tesfaye Leta Great service really. It is just that the sign up for braces and regular visits were seperate. We signed up and sat there for 15 minutes before we realize we were on the other line. BOLD signs would do the job of clerks arent supposed to ask or tell where to go.
