Kamesha My nails were trash & it seems like the man was in such a hurry to get them done. They were so crooked, different lengths, and paint was all in my cuticles and running over the sides. I had to come back the next day so the man could fix them and I STILL wasn’t happy with them. My thumb was the most crooked one & he acted like he didn’t even see it. I had to tell him around three times that it was crooked yet it was not hard to miss at all. Honestly, I wanted them to just remove them and give me my money back but I decided to keep them as I feel like they wouldn’t have let me get a refund anyways. Only thing good outcome about my nails was the color I chose. NEVER coming back.

Alshunda Wilson They were all very friendly and fast on service. I can remember her name but she gave a great pedicure. Definately go back when Im in town.

Erica Renaee I came here to get my nails done and they popped off within the first 3 days. They were thin and the polish was also chipping. The man who did mine went out to smoke before doing my nails. This was the same man who did my sisters nails and they turned out horrible too. Will not be coming back.

Danielle Plumley We walked in, they said they could take us. Rushed thru me because they had an appointment coming in, cut me multiple times with the nail file, nails aren’t straight, and already starting to lift. My daughter had a different tech and luckily she did a much better job with my daughter (that tech is the only reason for the 2nd star) we will not be returning.

Google Anonymous Literally the worst nail job I’ve ever had…and I’ve been getting my nails done a long time. The lady complained about how hard it was to get my previous SNS off (done elsewhere). Never asked if I wanted my nails cut down so now they’re too long. The color I picked from the book was so far from the color I got. She did such a sloppy job. She also left my old SNS that got on my skin. So I had to scrub it off at home. She was very rough with my cuticles when drilling. I’m literally going straight to another salon to re-do them. I didn’t complain because I just wanted to get out of there and didn’t want her doing them sloppy again. I can’t believe she does this for a living. They look horrible!

Andrea Lo gel nails after one day. some nails arent even fully coated. everything looks uneven after I told her repeatedly to fix them and adjust the shape. nice people but awful job.

Josephine Genevieve (Joifulghurl) I had an asymmetrical cyberpunk style that Id been keeping up mostly on my own but kind of made myself look silly with the last chop. I was in Thomasville for a doctors appointment and stopped here because I had a coupon. The woman that cut my hair had glasses and long hair but I dont remember her name. She made me feel very comfortable and not silly at all for chopping my hair up so badly. She made me look like a cute and functioning member of society in record time! I wish I lived in Thomasville so I could go back and look for her again! Picture over a week later for reference!!

Elizabeth Harlan Depends on what day & what the mood is with stylists. Seems like when they get a good stylist, they tend not to stay long. Who I believe is the manager has a bit of attitude or may be just a serious rbf. Wait time is long due to only having 2 stylists on weekends. If there were more choices in Thomasville, those would be first choices.

Christopher Jones Its hit or miss like a lottery, majority of the time haircut is pretty good, every now and then you get an embarrassment. If you sign in online and get there say 10 minutes, maybe a 10 minute wait, but by the time you enter, walk-ins have slipped in front of you and your wait may be 30 minutes. But I hear more complaints than I have, Im okay with it

Telia Cochran-Newkirk I love Top Notch Training Institute! My hairstylist is awesome. She is professional but also nice and respectful. She will not let you leave out those doors unless you were very satisfied with your service. I’ve already recommended services to her and more to come. Thank you Sybol will be back soon.

Taylor I hate to leave a bad review and this does not go for every tech just the one I had. It was the worst paint I think I’ve ever had. It was rushed terribly and not gentle with the filing at all. Just not as enjoyable as you would hope $60 would be. I can’t believe she let me leave like this and asked if it was good? Very confused. She was super sweet so I didn’t have the heart to tell her I was not happy. But I’m not happy I spent $60 on this that’s going to peel off within the next day.

Chelsea Clyde I’ve been going to Tiffany for probably 8+ months. I started as a life long nail biter who needed extensions to make it presentable. By being consistent and Tiffany’s excellent work and care my nails are my own and exactly how I want. I could not be happier.

Lauren Tippett I LOVE MC NAILS!!!! Vivi and Tiffany are literally the best. I have never had the type of experience at any of other nail salon like I have had at MC nails. They are so patient with me cause I take like 30 minutes to pick out a nail color and do whatever I ask. I have never ever left MC nails unsatisfied. LOVE THEM!!!

Faith Shiver I love my monthly massage at Metta Day Spa! It’s definitely worth it to join the VIP group and get an appointment each month. A facial at Metta is a wonderful experience too that is personalized especially for you. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing as soon as you enter the front door - a bit of a reprieve from our hurry culture.

Roberta Brighteyes My beautiful sent me here as a gift. Awesome place the staff was wonderful. The spa was so relaxing, the hot stone massage was everything. They also offer lunch. IDK what restaurant they use but it was good. This place deserve 5+ stars

Sommer Tissue I’m getting married Saturday. I called and made my appointment for today. I was greeted with the best welcome. Everyone knew I was the bride. I immediately sat down and I was booked with Mike. He was very kind, friendly and even was excited about my big day. He did an exceptional job on my nails. I love Nails by Chris but today was the best service and I’ve never been this satisfied with my nails before. He did exactly what I was hoping I’d get. Thank you all for being apart of my wedding festivities and making a bride feel special.

Nahimana Blackwolf I am visiting here in town, and what I’ve noticed is that people don’t leave enough Google reviews to direct newcomers to the appropriate businesses . My nails were fine, but they didn’t bother to file my daughters toes for her pedicure they just looked raggedy And she didn’t know any better than to ask, but why should she ask when she’s receiving a pedicure? The eyebrow service..I don’t know if I should say that I’m extremely disappointed or that I am shocked. I have never had my eyebrows done so careless and sloppily. Not only was it hygienically unsanitary the shape of my eyebrows are horrifying. Using a cotton swab to determine the direction of your eyebrow hairs, is not the way it works. You’re supposed to take your time with your client and listen to what they are asking for. I was very clear about what I wanted done to my brows, I told her I wanted to keep them thick and natural and just to remove any stray hairs, that’s not what happened. I’m even more upset that I am about to go on vacation looking Lille a shaved rat. She even left a balled spot. I am trying to find a way to leave photos. Please stay tuned. Crystal Catalan Mike & Tammy are my go to people! Conversations are good so sitting in silence isn’t awkward. They’re pretty good on picking up on whether or not you’re in the mood for a convo! Both Tammy and Mike always do my nails exactly how I like them (I’m super peculiar). The staff greets you with a smile when you walk into the door, and you’re taken care of pretty fast even as a walk-in. They offer you refreshing beverages while you’re getting your nails done. Definitely recommend. Easy going and fast check out.

K Loco Just couple of days ago, we went to this new store called "Hot Spot". The old "Family Dollar Store". We had no idea their Grand Opening day is on January, 15th,. But we had a good chance to talk to the staffs and look around while they were stocking tons of new merchandise. Believe me, this store is Much better than big city stores. Its bright, beautifully designed, spacious, just makes you feel like you are in a high class store with high price tags. Prices-?. Cheaper than anywhere that I know. I dont think anyone can sell any lower than this store. Not even in Atlanta. Selections-?. You better see them yourself. I never seen so many products in a single store. And all very clean, well displayed. Staffs-?. What we found out is these people are highly-qualified, tons of knowledge, and the store manager is a professional certified beautician. Just makes you feel someone very special. ! and second to none services to each and every customers. Hey, honey-!!! go there on January, 15th and take a look, visit them then you will know what I am talking about. Update ::: Just revisited this place. The lady who was all nice with tons of our needs, well... she is no longer there. I am talking about the manager lady named Sharon. She was the one with the Beautician Certificate with smiling face. And met the owner... oh boy-!!! He is one of those without any respect to anyone. I was told Sharon quit the job all because this crazy guy. My Lord-! I am going back to where I been shopping regularly. After all, I am spending my own money.

Sara Titus DO. NOT. GO. HERE. If I could give -10k stars I would. First off, I was in town for an appointment and I live in Valdosta so it was my fault for stopping in Thomasville anyways. I asked for short coffin, and was immediately told by the woman that it would look bad... false. Then the guy came over and started to do my nails. 1/2 my nails are crooked, all of them are bumpy, and dont match up(length). Then they did gel on top... the paint job wasnt bad... but they painted my nails at some plastic folding table and the guy wasnt sitting in front of me... he sat next to me. Ive seen better gel color at salons that charged less. I paid 35 dollars...but tomorrow I will be going to my normal spot to *hopefully* have them fixed. But I have a feeling theyre going to take off the horrible nails that I currently have on. My mood for the rest of the day was honestly ruined. In the attached pictures I took off the gel and filed the top of the nail... I didnt do anything to the tips or shape of the nails.

Tina Johnson The pics explain my feelings Im not happy will not be back. During the visit, they were not consistent. They kept getting up to take care of other customers who walked in. Left us to do eye lashes and a pedicure in the middle of doing our nails. When returned, then rushed through our full sets and this is the outcome of that. Sloppy completely sloppy.

Jessica Smith Sol is literally the BEST nail technician I have ever had!! She takes so much Pride not only in her work but the overall Health of your nails as well. She never rushes during your appointment and she takes the time to get all of the little details without being asked to do so. Her professionalism is unmatched & I will forever be thankful I found her! Jayden Zavala I’ve gone to nailsville before and enjoy my experience every time with my usual nail teach. I had to try a new one because my usual was booked up. I read good reviews about angie and decided try her for the first time. The entire service felt rushed or like she was just trying to get done and i could tell she skipped steps normally fine for hard gel nails. I came in wanting a french tip with bubble bath as my base but because she had taken so much of the light pink hard gel base that you could very clearly see the white line from the drill bit through two layer of bubble bath gel polish so i asked for three because it is a very natural pink color and she with a little attitude that three layers of the color along with the french tip would be too thick but the only reason it needed three was because she took too much of the hard gel off. I asked for almond shape and some of them are and some aren’t. So i ended up leaving with just the natural pink on my nails. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I wanted to leave this so that other people can go based off this experience when they need to book with someone there.

Catava Hill I go by the name Niko! My cousin is a regular here at Best Nails and I wanted to give them a try. I came in for the very first time ever yesterday and got a full set. I absolutely loved my nails so much I came back today for a collagen pedicure. I didn’t get my tech’s name today, but he was friendly and took his time on my pedicure just like the tech that took his time on my nails yesterday. I think the tech yesterday said his name was Ben. They are very friendly, patient, neat, attentive, & clean. I am in love with my nails and toes! I will definitely be back!
