Since then our year on year increases have been kept to 10-15%. Very pleased with this office!

Mrs. Keisha, office manager went above and beyond from day one of me contacting her regarding needing an appointment, she worked with my schedule. I switched to Allstate, she went over step by step, detail by detail of how everything works. Turned insurance language to simple easy understanding terms. She answered every question that my mother and I had. Mrs. Keisha ended up saving us hundreds of dollars. This office truly cares. I highly recommend them !

Brittany Hardy I dealt with both Joel and Alma as my agent. I started with Joel then they automatically moved me to Alma. Every year my coverage was going up 400 or 500 dollars. This is my first property so I wasnt sure if that was normal. Every year, I asked them why my insurance was going up and they replied and said inflation and the value of my home. However, I told them I lived in Townhome and I was being over priced because I only had to pay for coverage of the inside of my house (studs in) , which I sent Alma documents but she refused to read them and decided to tell me I had the right coverage and I wasnt being overcharged. She then went on to tell me how bad other insurance companies are if I ended my policy with them. I do not really write bad reviews but I was so disappointed with Alma and my experience with her. I was over paying them for four years. I ended up ending my policy coverage with Roman and McCool Agency and stayed with Farmers and got another agent. The agent that I have now was diligent and looked at my documents from my HOA and saw that I was overpaying. She was patient an explained everything. My coverage payment went down substantially. I would not recommend this company. I like when people want to do right by you and take the time to make sure you are being taking care of when you in general but especially when you are paying a professional for their knowledge, wisdom and service. I did not feel that way. Alma over talked me the ENTIRE hour conversation that I had with her and I told her on the phone, I felt like she wasnt hearing me or listening to anything I had to say. I am disappointed I spent four years with them. I would NOT recommend them.

Mary Lamar Mahler Early in August my husband and I returned home to find our basement under water...well, the floor was under water, anyway. I called Joel and by the next morning his staff had given me the name and number of a clean up service. They checked in along the way to make sure things were going well. They made sure all the payment details were attended to. Were still in the repair process but the company they recommended is great. Im not sure what would have happened if they hadnt been there for us but Im sure glad they were!

You call and ask questions and the wife gets very angry for no reason you go in and have to talk through this silly microphone. she hast to ask Richard everything they’re just such a hassle They are brokers! Save yourself some money and call an actual insurance agency. I just saved $300. That’s not pocket change!!!!!

Stephanie Cristina The absolute worse customer service I’ve came across. The guy I spoke with and was on the phone with for over an hour with nothing but silence and chewing. He had me waiting for a quote that I received within a few minutes online. Super nonchalant and rude, and all I could hear was chewing and breathing for an hour straight. He didn’t update me, just kept me on waiting, and when I finally said, “just email the quote thank you.” All he said was mhmm. Please hire people who actually have the desire to work. Lazy!

Unfortunately, I havent gotten a response from him since about 3 months after my policy origination. Ive tried calling and emailing. Even upon my written request, they still do not update my mortgage company when the Homeowners Policy renews. Thankfully, Im very aware of procedures for uploading documents online; yet I consented to a phone call to EMA provided by the Insurance Dept rep for my mortgage company. She tried calling yesterday - no answer. Rep left a very detailed msg. Well see if she gets a response and effective resolution.
