Open Position Jackie was simply the best Dental Hygienist I have had in a long time. She made my cleaning an enjoyable learning experience. She was very personable and enthusiastic about her work and it showed. It was the first time someone has taken the time to really explain the process and what things are important with regard to taking care of my teeth. Katheryn and all the staff were so welcoming and efficient at their jobs.Thank you all so much and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Melissa Miller My husband and I have been going to the same dentist in Atlanta for nearly 20 years. We recently moved to the Suwanee area and wanted to find a dentist nearby. We put it off for several years because we didn’t want to let go of where we were accustomed to. Also, in the past when we tried new dentists, we were told we needed expensive dental work which we didn’t feel was true based on our history. So, that scared us off and we continued to go to the same dentist that we trusted even though the location is now 30 miles away and she was out of our dental network. Today, however, we visited Suwanee Family Dentistry which is only five mins from our home, and it truly felt like home. My hygienist, Kia was nothing short of amazing. She was funny, thorough, patient and transparent. She let me know what was going on with my exam every step of the way. She made me feel comfortable and provided things I could do at home to keep my pearly whites in top notch shape. Dr. Nathu was friendly and patient. I didn’t feel like she was rushing to get to the next patient. My experience was a 10 out of 10. My husband was equally pleased with the visit and commented on how pleasant and patient Dr. Nathu was as well. In addition, he really enjoyed his experience with his hygienist, Dani who he found to be friendly, welcoming and very thorough. We’ve already scheduled our six-month appt., and are looking forward to our new, “Family” Dentistry in Suwanee.

Melanie Watkins Absolutely love this office. Dr Herington is always so kind, professional and knowledgeable. She makes you feel like family. Patricia is the absolute BEST hygienist I have ever had. I’m not a fan of the dentist…at all..but she is so gentle , caring and efficient. Almost fell asleep today during my cleaning..it was like a tooth massage! Lol..and that’s saying a lot from me!! Donika Grandberry had an AMAZING experience at Koch Orthodontics this morning! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Grayson, who was wonderful during my visit and provided answers to questions I had. Eonyae, who took my photos and X-ray was amazing too!!! Thank you to Dr. Gass that stopped by to say hello and further examine my teeth, she is so sweet. The whole place felt so clean and inviting. I can’t wait to start my treatment with them and I’m really looking forward to it!!!!

Aja Walls My children and I have been coming here for a year or so now and every time we go everyone in the office is very kind and professional. I love the fact that the whole family can come to one place. Also, I have a fear when it comes to dentist but everyone is very understanding and patient with me. Sabina, the front office manager, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Dr. Baye provided excellent treatment and was very thorough in addressing my concerns. Only reason I gave a 4.5 star is because the price (which was not high, at all) is not given/discussed up front but rather after service has been completed. Overall this was a GREAT first experience in my opinion.

Angie Sears Scheduling the appointment was great. First appointment was good no long wait. Came back for consultation tech did more X-rays this was included in consultation per tech I allowed even though a week prior several exams were done! Go back 3rd before scheduled time at 10am didn’t get called back until 11:45 got prep for procedure at 12:30 the dentist came in for procedure at 2:05 yes still waiting finally left office at 3:30 from a 10am scheduled appointment for a tooth pulled. Then the nerve to send a bill for additional cray taken during consultation of course the insurance company not paying after they paid for X-rays a week prior. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Beneta Davis I just want to thank Sierra for going out of her way to make sure I was able to get the medicines I needed after having 3 extractions and was in pain and given the run around with Walgreens. Sierra took the time to contact the pharmacy to check and see if they had the medicines I needed so I didnt have to travel to different Walgreen locations because they do not give that information over the phone to customers. Customer service is a top priority for me and I feel that Sierra gave me amazing service. I will also add that the staff at Affordable Dental is also good as well and they make sure that you have a full understanding of any procedure you have done and a clear understanding of your financial responsibility. I will continue to recommend Affordable Dental to my family and friends.

Tasneem Jiwani This clinic just wait on your money. They ask you to pay in full for the whole one year process and when you try to discuss the treatment as an educated person, they get irritated. Not only that, they are called affordable, but they charge much more than. Their Dr. Shein is awesome, he knows what he is doing but other than him, everyone is irritable. I have been going there for last two years, but on every visit the staff changes. Front end people keep changing, as they dont want to be the part of this greedy clinic. Is that professionalism that you ask a patient coming to you for last two years and has paid each and every penny till the day, to leave in the middle of treatment. Then they tell you, oh we will send you your X-Rays and you can continue somewhere else. The reason behind this was my knowledge that they are charging more than what they have committed with the insurance. If you are going there, please be careful and connect with your insurance company about the money they are charging. Definitely you will find me correct. So be aware of these money maker clinic.

Andres M Amazing and comfy experience here in affordable dental care! It was super chill and reliable all the processes and services with a Hispanic staff that attended me. The prices are so good and they offer discounts if you pay the membership, this one was my third dental place looking for the best prices for the bunch of services that I have to do to safe my teeths. They safe me one doing a root canal and crown, thanks to them I can eat normally again, the prices are aceptables and little cheaper in comparison with the average of dental places in Georgia. Also they offer financial plans for the people that need with urgent doing any dental services! Ill keep you in touch with the rest of services that i need because definitely this one gonna be my principal place to do any dental service from now.

Andre Strunk I couldn’t be happier with our experience at this pediatric dentistry! My 2-year-old daughter felt completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. The entire team was so gentle, patient, and clearly experienced with young children—they worked perfectly with her. Our wait time was minimal, maybe about 15 minutes with an appointment, which made things even smoother. I’m so grateful to have found a place that helps my child build a positive association with dental visits from such a young age. Definitely a practice that shows kids the dentist is nothing to be afraid of!

Zarah Bunner I’ve had to do some fairly complicated dental work in the last few years and I’ve never been let down by this dental office. From being super accommodating for my travel plans (I come from out of state to this office) to helping me navigate an insurance claim - they work as a team. I found this office in 2020 and haven’t looked back. I always have a great experience. Ebony the Operations Manager really took her time to help me and definitely showed she cares about her staff and patients! Lauren my Hygienist , is the nicest human being ever and Craig my all around Dental Assistant/ question guru is my go to for all special concerns and fun conversations! I appreciated that Corey took his time to explain things to me and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed. Dr. Davison is such a gem. He made me feel ver secure and is super gentle. The entire staff are friendly, supportive and welcoming. I recommend them with 5 stars! Always!

Cathy Malone This was my first visit to Coast Dental Lawrenceville. Staff were professional office lobby and restroom were clean. Dental staff was very professional hygienist was professional and experienced the Dentist was also professional. My initial exam was typical of a new patient X-rays and exam. I was able to get a cleaning done same day which was convenient. I do miss my old dentist and their staff but due to my insurance and cost I had to switch. The dentist did recommend that I get some old filings replaced and future crown which was valid. I did not feel pressured and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of for any services. They gave me a print out of estimated services for future visits. I would definitely go back.

Becky Zimmerman Dr Iskol is the best dentist I have ever had. He has a way to make everything pain-free— no matter if it’s shots or putting on crowns. Perhaps he is a true healer. He is intelligent, wise, skilled and extremely personable. Tammy works with him and cleans teeth to perfection in a gentle way. I am blessed to have had them care for me through the years.

Gracie Scroggs I love this place! I had chipped my front two teeth in multiple places as a child and knew eventually I’d need to get veneers. Dr. Fisk was so great about informing me about the process and guiding me through out so I was confident I was in good hands. After I got my permanents, due to my own fault, I didn’t like the color I choose and they so kindly agreed to redo them for me even though they had me confirm the color before putting them in. They were not irritated or inpatient with me at all when I came back in for the second set. Daniella was so kind each time I came to see her during the long process and appointments. I love how they look now! I also get my cleanings done here and they always leave my teeth so white! They do a type of power spray which I’ve never had at other offices that works so well. Bonus: they even hand you a hot towel to clean your face afterwards too.

Over all they need to provide more customer service attitude and not blaming the patient paying. Finally 3 weeks later extraction and post opp visit went well. Dr. Lee is indeed a good surgeon.

I was referred by my dentist for periodontal services, and through this process, I learned that not all dentists provide specialized periodontal care. From the initial appointment to their follow-ups, I initially felt they were a bit excessive, but in hindsight, I appreciated their thoroughness—it’s certainly better than the alternative. The check-in process was both detailed and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long before being guided to the treatment room. Dr. John Lee immediately struck me as personable and approachable. The reception area featured personal family photos alongside images showcasing his hobbies and accomplishments, such as completing the Boston Marathon and Ironman competitions. His assistant was knowledgeable and professional, ensuring that my initial diagnosis and X-rays were conducted smoothly to assess my dental and gum issues. Tara, the Office Manager, was exceptionally friendly and professional. She provided comprehensive documentation related to my insurance coverage and explained the benefits and limitations clearly. While I wasn’t thrilled about my insurance coverage, I understood that it was beyond their control. I have multiple procedures that need to be completed and plan to return after my dentist finalizes the initial recommendations. Overall, I had a great experience and appreciate the professionalism and care provided by the entire team.

Katelin Nelson The front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful! I will say what made me want to leave a review was Linda, the hygienist. Not only did she do a superb job, she was the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had. It was by far the best cleaning I’ve ever gotten from anywhere! I will say that all of the cleanings I’ve gotten from Zona have been great but she is the first to not yank and pull on my mouth. As well as using the tools with care and not as if she was in a hurry. I really appreciate it. I’m moving out of town but if I can’t get a good cleaning there, I’m coming back for Linda!!

Consumer 3 First impressions matter, Alex!! As a receptionist, youre the first face patients see that represents the business, yet you continually present with a grumpy disposition. Ive listened to YOU be rude to several patients, which made me uncomfortable. You have even yelled at me across the lobby regarding sensitive information in my chart, which is a HIPPA violation. While Alex has had some better, more pleasant days, encountering Alexs bad attitude should NOT be the norm; and is certainly not conducive to the clean and professional environment I believe Dr. Patel and his other staff members are trying to provide.

Cynthia marie Dr. Patel and his team are truly amazing! My dad, whos always been scared of the dentist, has looked forward to going back for more treatment! Dr. Patel and his team made sure my dad was explained in detail what was recommended, next steps, and made sure he was comfortable at all times during procedure. The attention and time Dr. Patel took with my dad truly impressed me. I will be looking forward to booking my new patient appointment with them!

Sasha Johnson I’ve had two cleanings here and this is the best experience I’ve had with a Dentist. I chose this place based off their customer service when calling to book an appointment and their reviews. Everyone is so polite and welcoming. Dr. Patel is honest about necessary treatments and they will review cost with you in advance.(No surprise fees!!!) Vishruti is my Dental Assistant and I Love her! Shes thorough and gentle! I really appreciate that she is conscious about how the water splashes as she’s working - this should be common practice, but it isn’t. It may be a small gesture but it’s nice to leave the dentist and not have to redo makeup.

Bishal Niroula These guys are running a scam here. I went in for a regular cleaning after I had filled one of my teeth elsewhere without any issues. They presented me with a bill of $4400. They did the same for my wife for $3500. Looks like they just wanna drill everyone’s teeth and put a crown on it. We went in to this office after looking at reviews and now that we have experienced that they just wanna bilk every patient for every penny, we’re surprised how they have such a good rating.

Dr. Walker was attentive and took the time to answer every question we had. The staff were courteous and professional. I felt very comfortable having Dr. Walker as my daughters oral surgeon. The extractions were completed in a very timely manner, and staff took the time to go over post operative instructions with me. We received a follow-up call several hours after the procedure to see how my daughter was doing as well as to answer any questions we might have. This was a very positive experience, and so far everything is going well!
