I love the fact that everyone that was will to take time and thoroughly explain precisely what needed to be done. Jessica Brown Before today, I had not been to the dentist in about a decade (awful I know, but here we are). I was nervous to go, but knew it was time due to some sensitivity and gum issues. I needed to get a last minute deep cleaning and was scheduled very quickly to be seen and start the process! I arrived and was greeted by very friendly staff who got my paperwork started and made sure I was ready to go. I saw Dr. Alex Turner and Hygienist Ali, who deep cleaned one half of my teeth (with the other half to be done soon). She was very forward about what she would be doing and explained everything so fully and kindly. I knew exactly what was going to happen before she even looked in my mouth! She was amazing! She was very gentle and thorough. I even have some jaw issues that caused my mouth to be sore and she was very kind, took her time, and let me have breaks. Dr. Turner made sure I was comfortable and very numbed up for the procedure. She also went over everything that would be happening and made sure I felt ready and confident before my procedure. Everything went much easier than I imagined and I am beating myself up for not coming in sooner! There is no one better! Make these guys your choice for your dental hygiene!

Johnny Hawkins I have been going to Dr. Riccardi office almost four decades. The staff is always friendly and professional. From the moment I enter the office, Im always greeted with such warmth and smiles. I feel as though my teeth are in a safe place to be cared for. Iris does a magnificent job cleaning my teeth and answering questions. Although I live in Macon, Im willing to travel the distance to receive quality service in dentistry. Deb Declaw Best dental experience ever has extreme emergency- really the most pain in my life. Dr Alex does all she can to calm and care for you. Presents all options! Provides many services AA with care compassion. The most reasonable prices as well. For someone who is deathly afraid of dentists, she has a client for life. Even if if had to cross the country to see her it would be worth it for me.

They got everyone called back at the same time and we were able to get out pretty quickly for a dental appointment. I have brought both my children to see her, and she is always so sweet, kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She has great bedside manner, and she is great with my kids! She has a way of calming their nerves, and they don’t mind coming to see her! The front staff are also great! They are always smiling, and helpful as well. I highly recommend this office.

Sandra Jones Just want to say my husband and I both love Nurse Practitioner Heather Kemp! I don’t know where either of us would be today if it weren’t for Heather.She has always gone that extra mile for us to include calling me personally when my husband needed to be transported to Columbus to the hospital. She has always been willing to listen to what we have to say, doesn’t try to rush you through your appointment. She’s very knowledgeable about things and always lets us know what she thinks would be best for us and what we think. We were devastated when she told us she was leaving Cusseta, so we both followed her to Ellaville. We both know nurse Camry and love her and hope to get to know the rest of the staff as we continue to be seen.

Dylaina Dukes They were nice at first but when they could figure out why my tooth is causing me a severe amount of pain Ray Duke called me a lair because he said I shouldn’t of been able to feel anything after the shots. I still could feel the pain and he didn’t believe me and called me a liar. So I can’t give you zero stars so you get one.

Todd Di Carlo I had to see Dr. Dukes for a broken tooth. He did a thorough exam and I was able to get my crown quickly. The funny thing was that literally my temporary crown fell out as I was walking into the office to get my permanent crown. I liked them so much I brought my kids there to get their cleaning. I was able to go back with them while they did it. I will be going back here for all my dental needs. Oh and they were great to work with. They advised they took my insurance and my pretax payment plan. Public Service Announcement you should always call first to ensure they take you mr insurance. I found that out the hard way $$$ with another dentist office who lied to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Dukes.

Tammi Sledge Dr Beall was AWESOME with my elderly mother. So much so that the long trips from Fort Valley to Americus didnt even bother us. We fell in love with his staff the minute we started making the phone calls. Dr Bealle helped my mother with a new partial - he did surgery removing 6 of her lower teeth. He took the time with her and talked to her and made sure she understood everything he was going to do. Even though the partial and the surgery are done we will more than likely continue to do all of our dental care with his business! Amber Oliver Most of the staff are very kind and friendly. The assistants are great with kids but Dr. Hasnain has very poor bedside manners. Hes brutally honest and he says what he thinks. I have very bad teeth as a result of neglet in my younger depressed days and he laughed at me and shook his head the whole time he was working. He was amazing with my boyfriends fill in, but the work he did on me was rushed and of poor quality. I would only recommend him if it was an emergency snd you have no other options.

Rhonda Lewthwaite He pulled the wrong tooth caused me to go into the hospital for a week. Never been scared of dentist until him and now I am Petrifying and when I got out of the hospital I had to heal up go to another dentist and have the right tooth removed. Now I need to see a dentist and I am so scared to go see one. Thank you for hearing my story

JT Money Long story short: all I needed was a cleaning, but my appointment got cancelled the day of the appointment because the dentist decided not to come in, and I was informed that the only next availability was several months out. Terrible business practice, do not recommend at all.

Cedric My Dr experience is great. But. I developed cancer a few months back, and now on disability fixed income with really good insurance. But during my worst time I had my account sent to collections. Havent heard from them. But now I have to pay full price before a cleaning even tho my insurance pays 100% of this. I dont have $300 just to float around. When Dr Bagley was alive he would understand. No family attitude here. Just money. Dont get me wrong I understand that they should get paid for services rendered. I will see if I can find a more family friendly dentist.
