Ethan Henry First ever time at this office, I was able to do my initial paper work online before arriving. Once I got there, I was called back very quickly - there wasnt much of a wait, which was much appreciated. I was given a nice tour of the place and allowed to explain the reason for my visit. I was originally expecting for this to be a first-time appointment sort of deal, where I would explain my concerns, get X-ray imaging done and then re-schedule another appointment to have the actual procedure done. But, to my surprise, they offered to do everything in one day. Which was fantastic, as this saved me having to come back a different day. The tooth removal procedure was very fast and I felt next to nothing. Dr. Lewis and associates did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend for anyone looking to have any dental work done. I didnt feel as if there was any sort of "upselling" going on, no sort of judgement, just simply in and out, getting done exactly what I had come for and leaving with provided supplies and information to handle the coming hours of post-removal healing. They also offer several financing options on top of the insurance they accept, though I did do some "shopping around" prior to my visit, and their pricing is very fair for the area. Very conveniently-located and clean location, as well. Again, highly recommend! Will be returning for any future work!

Dusty Rollins Actually, the best inital dental exam visit Ive ever had. Very professional and caring. Professional in the area of how they care for the patient. They listened to what I had to say and responded back in kind. They actually found a problem that my last dentist failed to find. They took the time to make sure that I fully understand not only the situation but how to correct it, and how to maintain the health of my teeth and gums in the future. State of the art equipment I have an on going medical problem which affects my checkup. They not only made sure I was comfortable during the examination but kept inquiring if I was OK. My wife and I have found a new home for our dentistry needs. As a retired Hospital Administrator, I must say that I was very impressed. Only one thing wrong. Hes a very good injector. He said Id feel a pinch with the needle, but I felt nothing. He worked very quickly, within a few minutes he was finished and he did a great job. Hes also very well versed in the latest industry advancements. You can tell that he taught dentistry and its important to him to do what is best for his patients. Highly recommend.

Kevin Baker I cant say enough about how great this hospital is. The staff was very compassionate, friendly and accommodating. There was virtually no wait time to be seen. The doctor was very clear and concise about the treatment plan. Maybe they werent as good back when they were Fannin hospital but as Blue Ridge Medical Center they are fantastic. Unlike a certain unnamed hospital in Murphy, NC that treated me like I was human garbage last time I was there.

Rebecca Davis Ive been to this hospital several times and have left more times than I can count saying Ill never go back. While I was at work I experienced severe pain in my back/stomach and my sister begged me to go to the hospital. Eventually I caved. I didnt want to be told nothing was wrong with me again, but I was hurting and the pain was just getting worse. Its a good thing I went. I had a good team. Joy, the nurse, was fantastic. Even though I was in pain and couldnt really think straight she let me know what medicines she was giving me and what they were for. I cant remember any other names but there were a couple of phlebotomists that jumped in to help when finding a vein proved difficult. One lady was previously a mechanic and let me squeeze the heck out of her hand. They kept thinking I was hurting from the needle stick but truth be told I couldnt feel the needle just the pain in my stomach. Everyone was kind and took me seriously for the first time since I moved up here. Thank yall!!!

Elizabeth Torres Our visit was a very long wait - maybe around 2.5 hours- but it was also a full house of patients. Once were called, things moved along very quickly but also the nurse and the doc allowed us time to ask questions. So while it went quickly in the back, it was not rushed. The medical staff was very friendly. I would say aside from the long wait, it was a pleasant visit for an urgent care. I saw a lot of bad reviews here about the front staff. I would say they were overly friendly but they also were not rude to me.

Rachel Hill I love this clinic. It was packed out today and for the past two weeks I’ve had to come to the clinic with my five kids! Everyone, including Allison and Marianne, helped in our care! They Definitely held down the house while it was so busy and they were so efficient in the care of my kiddos! Will Be back, If needed. Hopefully, we can keep the sickness away. Madison Nugent Rude front desk staff. Talked about her personal life with other staff members while we stood waiting in line for 20 minutes. When we got to the front, we were informed there was nothing they could do for us for 3 hours with our 11 month old son. Another patient in the lobby informed us she had been waiting for 3 hours. Left without being seen.

Laurie Grant I would give a 5 star to Travis Hardin, PA, and the nurse. But the front desk staff are not helpful or friendly... Id give them a one star. Travis was very attentive, listened and was very helpful. Cant say enough good things about him. :) They just need to get their office help on board with being friendly and act like they care.

Fred Mix Although the staff is friendly, my total experience was grim. I had my top front four teeth replaced with a semi permanent denture fifteen years ago. It was loose and about to fall out. I went to this facility for a permanent solution. I was giving three choices. All of my top teeth removed with a “poly grip” denture. implants with a click in denture and implants with teeth. I chose the middle one because I felt it suited me best and the expense. It was over $19000. My drive to their office was about an hour and a half each way. Appointment after appointment after appointment for almost a year. It was grueling. Two sets of temporary dentures, two infections, lots of discomfort at their off and at home. The second denture cracked and is stuck to an implant. I did not want to pull on it too hard fearing it would break and damage my gum and bone so I gargled to clean the backside until I received my permanent denture. I thought today was the day. I was given an appointment card with today’s date only to find out there was a mistake that my appointment was in November even though I told them more then once I was leaving the first of November. This morning I was told that they do not offer the final the denture that I would have to go someplace else for that. $19000 later and all I have is all of my top teeth gone and a denture that is cracked and stuck in my mouth. I walked out depressed and sad that what I paid for was not delivered. They will reply with their rebuttal but I review everyone fairly. This can be seen in my other reviews.

Karen Mussoline I have always been fearful of the dentist too many bad experiences. After meeting the staff and doctor I was at ease. A procedure to graft gum tissue from different parts of my mouth to replace where my gums where receding sounded painful and extensive. However I was put at ease by the doctor and his staff. I was not anxious at all. The procedure lasted I believe start to finish was 4 hours. There was no real pain but only mild discomfort. I only took one pain pill to help me sleep and that was it. I highly highly recommend this periodontics office, their staff and doctor were wonderful!

Holly Keller I am so totally pleased with my surgery with Dr. Codelli. It started with my phone call to Crystal who understand that I needed to have this soon. She called me not once but twice with cancellations. I was able to make the second. Crystal was awesome in getting everything lined up. I arrived on surgery day and was treated so warmly yet professionally. This included Dr. Codelli’s assistant and nurse anesthetist. And of course Dr. Corelli. Two teeth removed and a bone graft. Woke up and was comforted and taken to a nice warm recovery room. For someone that is a bit phobic about tooth removal this was a dream. I can’t thank everyone enough. And care was also given to my prescriptions for aftercare! Please don’t hesitate to visit Mountain Periodontics and Implant Dentistry! You will be so very delighted with their amazing care!!!

Co Daley My child has been a patient at BRO for 2 years now and we have never had anything other than the highest quality care. Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. Dr Roberts has been compassionate, patient, and very mindful of his care with my child as my kiddo has had a lot of surgeries and therefore can be really closed off to any sort of doctor appointment. Dr Roberts has always been good to us and has done whatever he can to make these experiences comfortable for us. Forever grateful to the BRO team!

catherine nowak On July 1st my husband had sutures removed from his arm and ear. The ear was more involved as there was a skin graft on it. The nurse practitioner, Deb, was wonderful as was Dr. Miller. As a retired RN I am a hard sell but I would go back here in a minute. Thank you for the wonderful care!

Me Talley My mother had to find a new doctor. She saw Dr. MaryAnn (PA) at this facility a few times. The service from the doctor was overall ok. However, the receptionist at the walk-in clinic was unprofessional and rude to her. There is no sense in anyone being treated the way this lady treated my mother. She has high blood pressure and being treated so poorly by this woman only made it worse. No one needs to be treated this way, especially sick people. My mother has made an appointment with a new doctor who is not in this medical campus. The front desk people are the "face" of this practice and they are not putting on a very good face for these providers. The office is also dirty and needs cleaning. I have given only one star but would not give any stars if that was an option.

moon girl Dont get to comfortable with your doctor they will probably end up leaving. And you will end up finding a new doctor eventually the doctors end up leaving and going somewhere else. My son already has a different doctor to see in September. This will be his 4th new doctor in the past 3 or 4 years.

Michele Figueiredo RUN FAST AND FAR FROM CODELLI PERIODONTICS! I was referred to Codelli Periodontics in October 2023 and with great regret, agreed to an extraction and bone graft. I was assigned to Dr. Sadja Gaud and have been subject to a consistent stream of terrible problems since. From billing and insurance problems to the procedure needing to be redone, the NIGHTMARE continues: • November 2023: Procedure completed by Dr. Sadja Gaud • December 23-April 24 no resolution on billing. My insurance company needs x-rays and narratives. (Reasonable requests) I spend hours on the phone each time. • April-visit the office in person still checking on lack of insurance filings-PLUS no one has called for follow-up CT scan on bone graft. • Madison, the office manager, said they sent insurance the information and sent me back for the scan. Madison tells me the bone graft looks great, so I can schedule the implant. • I prefer the doctor review the scan, and I want insurance claims resolved before booking, but I never hear back from anyone at the office. I must continue calling and visit in-person. • Dr. Gaud is not longer working there… • It’s May, my insurance company finally received the items, BUT 2 procedures related to the bone graft SHOULD NOT have been done if the tooth was extracted… extraction was the plan • Madison tells me insurance companies don’t know what’s best for me. I tell her the insurance protocol aligns with ADA requirements • She called the ADA and changed the codes… shouldn’t the office know better than to do unnecessary and uncovered procedures?? • I ask to see Dr. Codelli since Dr. Gaud has disappeared. The office informs me I can only book a “consult appointment” with Dr. Codelli as a NEW patient • I request a new referral from my dentist in June. The new periodontist says THERE ARE PROBLEMS!! I need a NEW bone graft, and the implant will have to be higher than it should be. • I explain my situation to Annette -receptionist? to request a call from Dr. Codelli because I am so surprised by it all • “No.” Codelli will not call back, I can only book a visit as a new patient. WHAT??? • I was referred to Dr. Greg Codelli’s office. They did not provide a choice at my initial consult. I was booked with Dr. Gaud. I never questioned --she works with Codelli… (By the way, her name is still present on the site) • Greg Codelli had decent reviews. I never thought the named dentist would ignore poor quality treatment in his own office, but I suppose he is moving to his Blairsville office. • I will slowly pay the fees for FAILED treatments that were questioned by my insurance • I have been repeatedly treated rudely by the staff—and now, I am totally ignored • Why should I have to pay for a consult with Dr. Codelli? I am a patient from his office. Hes had his ‘reputable’ practice for many years; why would he ignore this? SUBSTANDARD and INCOMPEHENSIBE! • I will get treatment from a DIFFERENT COMPETENT periodontist to perform the same bone graft again, and hopefully, be able to have an implant in the future BEWARE of CODELLI PERIODONTIC in DUNWOODY or BLAIRSVILLE if you want responsive service.

Obryan Shelley Dr. Seabolt and his staff are one of the best Ive been around. Dr. Seabolt and his staff answered every question I had and I had plenty being a Health Educator. He does whatever he can to help his clients. The staff is very nice I left a very Great Dentist because he retired. But Dr. Seabolt picked up where he left off. I hit the Lottery with great Dentists and his staff to find another great Dentist again.

T crockett Just received my returned phone call. Dr Seabolt wanted to pull a tooth that he thought maybe cracked. I was given antibiotics and it is better now but he has refused to see me as a patient because I canceled the appointment to have my tooth pulled. It was ok for them to change an earlier appointment to another time but when I canceled my appointment. I was told that I can not return as a patient. Beware.

Josh Self previous patient beware that you will be not accepted as a patient if you Haven’t been to this office in a long time. Russell Seabolt treated my mother and father of many years ago and they wanted to go back to him, but since it had been some time, he considered them no longer patients and will not address their needs. Must be nice to make so So many patients that you don’t need anymore, but this is the typical status of the medical field currently.
