My dentist was so kind, patient, and gentle, I felt completely at ease the whole time. They truly treat you like family here, and that makes all the difference. Shoutout to Sheena, the VA coordinator—she’s always happy, cheerful, and her energy lights up the room! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and positive. I’ve already recommended this office to a few friends, and I’ll keep spreading the word. If you want great care with great vibes, this is the spot!

Nicole Parks Omg I have not been here since I was a child. I am so glad they deep cleaned and pulled my tooth out and did it in a timely matter. There was not an issue with getting an appointment at all. Miranda is amazing, and the front office people are amazing as well. It didnt take Sarah long to come down and talk to me about my bill so I could get a better understanding. Over all a great place!

Mallory S Went for a root canal and left crying both visits. Dr Ahn is the reason I will never visit this office again. I would have not been back after the first visit, but I needed a tooth, and I had hopes the second visit would be better. Nope. No communication as to what is happening during both procedures. Jerking and yanking my head around. No checking in to see if I was ok. Shaving a tooth that was not being worked on without my knowledge?? Then when I ask I get what’s going on I get “oh well I like the length of the tooth we replaced, so for your bite we will shave this other tooth” I already had to get a new tooth, and you’re going to start shaving my natural tooth without my knowledge. Visible tears towards the end of the first visit, no concern at all, except for his assistant who checked in on me. Second visit I was just so pissed off I had to walk away. The rest of the staff is very lovely! No problem with them. Dr. Ahn needs to work on being more personable with his patients and have better communication. I don’t want to be viewed as “just another job”. OH and when I went in for my first appointment, the paperwork I was filling out was for THE WRONG TOOTH!! What if I hadn’t caught that in the paperwork? Ridiculous…

Both my children have been going to Smith Dental since they opened. Keisha their hygienist was very friendly. Dr.Ahn was super funny . All in all I definitely recommend visiting the staff here!! Christina Hines I came in for an emergency appointment, and everyone was kind and helped me out when I wasn’t in the best shape! They explained my insurance, and the lady who did my X-rays was amazing she insured me that everything would be okay. Mia C our first visit there, my daughter has really bad anxiety when it comes to doctors/dentist offices and they were so kind and slow with her. they took their time to try keeping her from freaking out, she did freak a bit towards the end but that was expected, but even then they were so understanding. they took their time to explain everything to us and stayed with us until we were done asking questions. we’re first time parents with a 2 year old, we’ve seen 3 other dentist and this is the first office that not only we but our daughter has liked. we’ll definitely be staying with them.

Morgan Hooks I visited today after experiencing a lot of pain and needed a root canal. Everyone, I mean absolutely everyone that spoke to me was over the top nice. From Emily at the front desk to Megan and Dr Pugh. I’m just shocked. The office was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly calm! Dr. Pugh was so friendly, kind, and informed me of what he was doing. He genuinely cares for patients and it shows in his work and manner. I hope to not be a repeat patient, but if I ever find myself in pain again - I’m going straight here! 5+ star service!

Brianna Treaster I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal. When I arrived, I had x-rays performed and a thorough exam. Dr. Pugh informed me that he didn’t think I needed one and instead offered to numb my tooth well for my dentist to do a filling. I so appreciate that he took the time to review everything and to save my tooth and avoid a root canal. He was so kind, compassionate, and honest. He definitely is not in this for the money and seems to really care about his patients and their outcomes. The staff at Athens Endodontics is also incredible! Checking in and scheduling was easy; getting x-rays was quick and painless. Everyone there seems to enjoy their jobs which is evident in their kind and welcoming demeanor. Hopefully I never need a root canal, but I know this is where I’ll come if so. Such a lovely place!

Lois Holt The practice was very responsive to my dental pain, fit me into a next-day cancellation, and kept the preliminary paperwork to a reasonable minimum. Dr Pugh is kind and very skillful. They are well-equipped with state-of-the art instruments. I feel very well served, and am healing quickly, my pain is ebbing better than expected.

Jenni Weath Genuinely compassionate. They constantly ask if I’m doing okay throughout the entire process with the exception of when they tell me what my treatment plan costs. If anyone would have asked me at that point I would have replied “no I’m not doing ok!” But you get what you pay for! The care they provide is outstanding and thorough with a very knowledgeable staff!

They didnt pressure my son to go past his comfort zone. My son was able to get his teeth cleaned AND flossed without tears. The office was very clean and every staff member was very kind and friendly. We left with my son saying he loves the dentist.

My 7-year-old daughter had extractions and a cavity filled, and to my surprise, it was a smooth and pleasant experience for her. John Bellune Hall dental is amazing. They take the time and effort when diagnosing anything that might be going wrong even if it’s small. Their office is incredibly comfortable, they have new technology and new treatments for just about everything, and the staff are incredibly friendly and good at their job. I drive over an hour to hall dental for my appointments and they are out of network but it is worth it to me to receive this level of care. I can’t recommend them enough.

HUAQIN XIA My spouse and I switched to this dental clinic about two years ago. One common pattern we noticed is that every new patient is required to undergo a gum treatment. Initially, we thought it was fine, and we certainly spent a considerable amount of money on it. However, after the treatment, we didn’t see significant improvement in our dental health. It seems like this is a standard procedure for all new patients. The front desk staff is quite friendly, which is appreciated. However, the hygienist who did my cleaning was not my favorite. She made my condition sound much worse than it probably was, and I followed her recommendations, but unfortunately, I saw no improvement. Interestingly, after a while, she stopped recommending further gum treatments and instead referred me to another hygienist for my cleanings. I noticed that the second hygienist did a much better and more thorough job compared to the first one. I also had a filling done, which caused severe pain afterward. At one point, I couldn’t even chew on that side. Later, I realized the issue was due to improper shaping of the filling. I went back to have it adjusted, which helped slightly, but I still ended up avoiding chewing on that side for almost six months.

Lara Alexander I absolutely love this dentistry! Crystal is of course amazing with her amazing personality and kindness to everyone. My hygienist, Arita (I hope that’s the correct spelling), is a skillful and wonderful person who I love wholeheartedly. Lastly, and most importantly, Dr.Kim was amazing through and through. From her work to her care for her patients I really appreciate being her client. I wish only the best for Timothy Dental Care!

Todd Mooney I started Going to Timothy Road Dental last year. Dr. Kim is great. She is thorough and explains everything before she starts any procedure. Very conscientious about making sure her patients are in no pain. And a huge plus is the whole team is always on time! No sitting around in the waiting room.

Kaitland Merk Ive used them in 2022 for multiple teeth issues and have a set dental plan. Ive tried to get back with them for a year now they play the ill call you back game and im sick of it. Im able to afford the dental plan thats been put in place but they never call back. Im sick and tired of the run around. I need a tooth that very painful to be extracted but wont call back to make an actual appointment. I dont recommend the office on epps bridge. They dont care.

Keith Gray During my visit I felt genuine concern about the future of my situation with Periodontal Disease. Jewell was very helpful and I felt her heartfelt concern about my dental health and wants to help detour what is going on and came up with a plan for my future improvement. This is the first time in all the years of dental visits that someone took this approach and showed a concern. I felt like Jewell was a family member concerned about me. Chris also added to my visit, giving me peace of mind that this plan is what I need to keep my teeth healthy for the future. Thank for having these two available on my visit today to change what has been a routine cleaning that didnt prevent further decay, to a much improved outlook for me.

His staff especially Lucy, worked diligently with me prior to my 1st appointment to make sure all the paperwork was done correctly and they had everything they needed. When you call the number you will get a call center(you are not told you are not speaking with the office)who tells you one thing and you think everything is good to go for your appointment. Then the office texts you and without speaking with you, gives you some requirement for first visit that the person you spoke with before never mentioned and do they cancel your appointment 2hrs before the appointment! This affected me taking take off to go to said appointment. Thanks for inconveniencing me and wasting my time! Will be finding a different dental practice that doesnt have such a breakdown in communication!

This is not the typical shiny money oriented dentist office where customers are thrown on the conveyor belt and are checked in a rush. Dr. Edward is very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain what she will do and what are the patient options. I changed few dentists in the past 3 years and I can confidently say Im so happy I found her. She replaced an existing crown, and I have not felt so good in years. Highly recommend. The office staff is nice and the place is clean.

Dr Moon was very thorough as well and she made me comfortable moving forward with my next step of taking care of my small issues with my teeth.

Brittan Hill We were there for our SECOND consult after wearing expanders braces & rubber bands for the past two years. My daughter’s mouth is proof that no matter how great your orthodontist is , things happen and it’s not always as cut and dry as you think it should be. Regardless Dr Harter listened , then took time to really look at the photos and see the imperfections that my daughter still felt. Though they were not extremely visible at first glance , they were very real to her and he understood that we paid for her mouth to be as close to perfect as he could get it and he wanted that for us. Dr Harter is really an amazing guy. He cares about his patients and wants them to be happy with the end result. He goes above and beyond to see to it that it happens for them. I can’t say enough about how much respect I have for that.
