5 /5 Brittan Hill: We were there for our SECOND consult after wearing expanders braces & rubber bands for the past two years. My daughter’s mouth is proof that no matter how great your orthodontist is , things happen and it’s not always as cut and dry as you think it should be. Regardless Dr Harter listened , then took time to really look at the photos and see the imperfections that my daughter still felt. Though they were not extremely visible at first glance , they were very real to her and he understood that we paid for her mouth to be as close to perfect as he could get it and he wanted that for us. Dr Harter is really an amazing guy. He cares about his patients and wants them to be happy with the end result. He goes above and beyond to see to it that it happens for them. I can’t say enough about how much respect I have for that.

Tracy Adkins: Ive been going to Dr. Ware for decades and he is the best dentist ever. I was lucky to find him after many years being terrified of dentists. Dr. Ware always makes sure I am at ease and uses gas if I am extra anxious. I have needed a ton of intensive work: bridges, crowns, implants. I have been extremely happy with all of it. Regular cleanings are no problem, too. All of the employees go out of their way to be kind and make your experience great. I have recommended him to friends and co-workers. Dont hesitate to make an appointment.

Morgan Hooks: I visited today after experiencing a lot of pain and needed a root canal. Everyone, I mean absolutely everyone that spoke to me was over the top nice. From Emily at the front desk to Megan and Dr Pugh. I’m just shocked. The office was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly calm! Dr. Pugh was so friendly, kind, and informed me of what he was doing. He genuinely cares for patients and it shows in his work and manner. I hope to not be a repeat patient, but if I ever find myself in pain again - I’m going straight here! 5+ star service!

I have had the privilege of having this incredible duo as I dealt with navigating getting a permanent crown. They were patient, kind, welcoming, and professional. As well as empathetic, as I know I have a relatively low pain tolerance. Even as an adult, I don’t like to always go to the dentist but knowing that they would be the ones aiding me made it something to look forward to. Although I’ve had an amazing time regardless of who oversaw my care at McRae, these two stand out and I want to ensure they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you both for taking such good care of this book nerd!

Chris King: Recently was dismissed from the practice after not keeping my appointments too many times in a row. I lost insurance when I turned 24 and not being able to afford my appointments outright I have had to move some things around. Been coming to Dr. Higginbothom sense I was a little guy, and other wise have really liked my time there. Absolutely disappointed. As an adult I have seen Dr. Swan. She is a great dentist. I would not want to go to anyone else, but looks like I will have to. The dr that signed my dismissal only ever saw me one time, but that is ok. I have family in small private practice dentistry and medicine, I am a UGA pre-dental student and an assistant at a vet office, so I understand clients that cancel and have to reschedule more then 5 times are frowned upon and dismissible but it still doesnt change the fact that Im saddend they would do that. One star for sadness.
