Kaylee Chapman I had a great experience with Layna! She was so sweet and easy to talk to. Very gentle with my hair, which i appreciated!
The color is AMAZING, I’m obsessed with it! She knew exactly what I was asking for.
10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back!

L D Two stars because I had a great service in the past with Caity Jane and then once with April until I went to see her again just to touch up my highlights and put in a few more. April had fixed a bad highlight job at another salon Id been recommended to try so I just stayed with her when I came back (I thought for good). This time for whatever reason, my hair went the same brassy color that she had fixed months ago. So I went back and asked for it to be corrected. Instead of doing what she had done the first time, she just toned me (which is what she had previously said the other stylist had done wrong). The toner darkened my hair to a warm, uniform brown.
I called back and sent photos because I paid almost $500 for "highlights" and a cut. In doing the cut, too, she "thinned" the ends of my already-thin hair so that now I have shaggy looking layers about 3 inches apart in back and my hair looks damaged and frayed in front. All I asked for was to trim the face-framing that I already have and take

Sh L Terrible work and lies.
I came to the salon in person to talk to a professional colorist to make sure they could properly color my hair according to the photo. They assured me they could. I was supposed to pay $525 for highlights, a haircut, and a hair treatment.
The agreement was that they would spend hours on me and do highlights on my entire head, with a blonde color that wouldn’t be yellow or gray.
They sat me in the chair half an hour later than scheduled, did highlights only on half of my head, and did it quickly. When I asked when they would do the rest of my hair, they lied to me three times, saying they would wash, dry, and then continue. They didn’t continue. The color was yellow, gray, and straw-like. We compared it to my photos, and my previous hair was more blonde. I was upset because the work contradicted the verbal agreement. They started correcting it, but the result was a drastic patchy line. The colored hair didn’t blend in.
They left me with soaking wet hair, and water dripped onto my clothes, leaving a puddle on the floor. It was just shameful and disrespectful to the client.
They began drying my hair. I asked three times when they would cut it (a cascade and bangs). The assistant said they would cut it dry. That’s nonsense! It’s impossible to do a proper haircut on long hair dry, especially a cascade. There was also an issue with the treatment. I asked them to repeat it because what’s the point of a treatment after bleaching if the hair is lightened again afterward? They said they repeated it, but I saw in the mirror that they used a product from the bottles standing by the sink (conditioners), not from the ampoule.
Then they tried to justify themselves, saying that nobody highlights the entire head, which is also nonsense.
I refused to pay, and that is fair. I felt unwell from the stress, but the injustice made me feel worse.
Also, I said they don’t have the right to charge my credit card (since my card number was taken by the receptionist 5 weeks before my appointment) because I do not give my consent, as the work was not completed, and my hair was ruined by the color.
