keke C The atmosphere was so perfect the ladies in the shop were really sweet and my nail tech was new but she did her BEST! The nails are a little thick they did start to lift once I needed a fill and the design could us some work,yet I will be back! This is only a review to do better not to make it bad the shop is awesome the ladies are too and that is why I will be back,people improve themselves all the time.

Leilani Dickson Employees seem great outside of a business environment. I came because this place was near and had 4 stars. Nail lab looks like a nail/tattoo shop. I believe I had the owners mom. The woman was rough!!! Most painful pedicure I have ever had. The workers are more concerned about their phones than giving quality service. My mother had a nail tech that was more concerned about the life of her phone than the life sitting in front of her. It’s public courtesy & SAFE to be hands free while operating anything especially sharp objects!!

Ashley Mitchell The nail tech with the pink lamp does an amazinggg job. Price range is with the nail removal process, new nails added and with the nail art. Very reasonable and very nice and listens to what you want. Very talented as well.

Shalauna Rack Idk what’s been going on the last few times I’ve been coming but these ppl really cut all my real toenails off and wanted to put acrylic on 3 of my toes and I’ve never ever had acrylic in my life. So I told him to go ahead and put acrylic on all of them. Because those 3 acrylic nails were not going to look right. Mind you that the old lady done made my real toes short and crooked as well as drilling On my skins causing it to break/bleed. The guy that took over drilled my skin too. So now it’s time for me to check out and he tells me my total is $90. What??!!!! So I gotta pay for YAL mistakes? I’m telling him that I’ve never had to get acrylic and if it wasn’t for y’all cutting my toenails all the way down when I said I wanted the same design then this never would’ve happened. Never will be back. They want to do anything to your toes and expect you to walk out bloody toes and crooked toenails and not say anything. Plenty nail salon that will actually take their time. Sad part I’ve been going to this place for over 6 years. 0/10 do not recommend. They have gone downhill! With all these 1 star reviews on the pedi they should see it’s an issue with the ones that do the pedi. Especially the older lady and man. Very rough and laughing like it’s funny. My toe still throbbing from her looking over at the older man talking and drilling my skin off. They want to act like ppl trying to get over when you speak on the pain and horrible job they did. Then my niece got her toes done too and they thought this was acceptable. (Click on Pic below to see the full pic) They told me not to come back because I wasn’t willing to pay them what they asked but willing to pay for what I came in to originally get. They didn’t want to take that and simply said I wasn’t welcome to come back to the shop. Never did I get loud or disrespectful. I didn’t think it was fair for me to pay that price for them messing up my toenails. I gave them too many different chances and almost every time I still have to come back the next day or have them correct the issue before I leave. Why would I want to come back?

R C Mani and Pedi a week ago, was excited to get ready for my flips...Paid 50.00 to leave worse than I came. Cuticles and skin looked awful, she must have tried painting me a toenail because she came off one of them a who centimeter past the nail, the big toes looked like a 5yo had painted it..like you had hardly any paint at the base and a blob on the sides. Asked her to fix twice but she was not understanding English today. Tried to email owner to make right, heard nothing back so Im going to share my photos ...maybe help someone else save their hard earned cash

Stacy Fink The service was very good as far as nail salons in this area go. My daughter works as a waitress and has to wash dishes so considering the wear and tear of the job, her nails held up very well. Plus they are very versatile and great at doing more than just a regular gel set. This photo is 2 weeks out from her appointment. The cost including tip was 95. Will be back.

Kristin Camp They are absolutely awesome! Highly recommend. They take good care of you and offer you a drink to relax with while you get your pedicure. They are fair on pricing. I am never unsatisfied!

Tammy Horne I love Fancy Nails and Spa!! They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your nails. They take their time and do not rush just too get to the next person.

Kacey Baradwaj This is my second visit today salon. The last time, my powder/SNS nails lasted 4 weeks which is why I returned. (The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because I was there for close to three hours but the only reason I was there so long is because the technicians were very diligent and when I wasn’t 100% satisfied they made sure to fix it to my liking). I got SNS with tips, almond shape with one ombre nail on each hand and with the last SNS removal it was only $42 which I thought was very well priced. It was pretty busy today but they still took their time making sure each customer was happy with their service. I will most certainly be returning next time I need my nails done!

Karla Bergmann See the owner’s response below to my complaint and find another place unless u know the nail tech because they don’t care about the community they serve Beware of the staff thinning your nails down while talking off nail polish. I came Sunday and paid $40 for a fill-in and the next day I broke a nail and each day after I’ve noticed my nail is gone when I look down It’s so thin I didn’t feel them break off Ensure you make them add acrylic on the whole nail since they take acrylic off while removing paint. I won’t be back because time is something I can’t get back nor do I want to deal with the nice nasty attitude of the manager Jen! Good pedicure is about all id ever want from this place and only from the men! Hate to leave a bad review but I want to help people avoid stress and gouging from this place!

Lavonya Givance 1st time coming to this nail salon and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The facility is modern and clean. The greeting, when I walked in, was sincere and welcoming. The polish color options are plentiful. Everyone was pleasant. My pedicure was done with care and looks great. Amy is amazing!

Chloe Hinojosa Talavera Horrible! I got the gel pedicure with hot stones, removal of callus, and a longer massage. She didnt clean my toes and get in-between at all. Her massage felt like a toddler was rubbing my feet and legs. She barely touch the scrub against my feet and didnt remove my dead skin at all. They gave you an opportunity to take a survey which I stated I was not happy at all. I should have said something inside but the technician was young and really nice. I spent a total of $70 and dont ever recommend this place.

Elaine De Souza Marron My first time here and I gotta say: I’m obsessed with the result. I did a walk in and was very welcomed by the staff. The atmosphere is so cozy and I loved all the songs that they played lol I didnt have much time but I’ll be coming back for pedicure as well. Highly recommended

Irena Brimlett Service was horrible zero stars never returning .I went into Jonesboro nail and spa Saturday February 22.2025 @ 4:30 until 8.00p.m mind you they close at 7:30 on weekends .I received the $55 volcano pedicure with tips on my big toes and French tips. Also a full set with French tips my total came out to be $137. My French tips weren’t being done correctly so, i kindly let the lady know that i would keep them clear! Then another gentlemen sat down And did my French tips the right way without informing me that he was trying to charge me an extra $10 to do what i paid for in the first place. When I said that I would be giving them a bad review he then said then took the up charge off because they all knew they were wrong. This was by far the worst nail experience ever and i always spend good money for good quality work ! My nails look like they have been done 2 weeks !!

Kailey Miller Absolute worst experience EVER! The lady couldn’t understand a word I said. I got my nails done March 4th 2025 for my Gender Reveal, March 8th 2025 my nail with no kinda force I’m not rough with my hands at all I stay at home most days and the nail just pops off picking my drink up ummm okkkk. I’m so overly pissed! I payed $70 for nails that don’t even last a week?? They look nothing like the the nails I wanted it’s awful Do Not GO HERE!

Brielle Mears TLDR; I live in Saint Louis, I travel for work... lets just say, this was the best pedicure Ive ever had and I will plan future work trips around my pedicure needs. I just had the Luxury Collagen Pedicure & it was worth every penny. With that being said, I always get the top tier package when I get pedicures -- I love hot stones & paraffin wax. Theyre just musts for me when I am pampering myself! This was a glorious 2.5 hour service, granted I walked in on a slow, rainy Wednesday night. I did not feel rushed, despite them closing before the end of my service (only by 30 min!) Nancy kept the conversation to a minimum, which was nice as I was getting some work done on my laptop. She was very attentive to me and I really feel like this is the best pedicure Ive ever had. I should also mention that nails are my hobby - so I am extremely critical of nail work! I also requested to layer a couple of gel colors and they didnt have any issue with my request and the result was beautiful. No notes. Total was $145 .. gel pedi + luxury collagen package + tip Worth it ✔️

Jodior they need to just shut down this shop , i have polish all over my hands and clothes . I should have known when I walked in and not a single customer was being serviced on a weekend . smh I asked for all white full set medium with ballerina tip . told her i didn’t like it and she went speaking in her language . i just paid $65 and left . I will never be back !!

The staff is consistently friendly and professional, and great care is taken to ensure everything is clean and hygienic. They always use sterilized tools, which I really appreciate. The pedicure massage is incredibly relaxing, and my fingernails always turn out beautifully with unique, creative designs. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Claire Morris Very nice. I walked in and was seated almost instantly. The nail tech was very patient and didn’t rush me as I was indecisive selecting my color. She did a great job. The only negative thing is that the salon did not carry any new colors and the samples were outdated.

I was offered a drink and we chit chatted a little. I am definitely returning. It wasn’t busy and the best part , it’s in an area that isn’t congested!

Corner Lalas (Lala) Very clean establishment. They are all super nice and I love super close so I was praying. I came in with my daughter for her prom services and they didn’t disappoint. I’m not super picky so I was fine with a basic mani and pedi. They were concerned I didn’t do gel, but I understand the risks. Very happy with this salon and I will be back!!

ShaKeeyah Brewton I went to get a toe polish change. She told me it will be $35. However, she tried to charge me $5 more than the usual price. I remember paying $30 for the same exact thing & I voiced that. So I just changed it to regular polish instead of gel. I used cash app and looked at my history and saw that I paid $30 last time. I go to show her & she say, I don’t know who did your toes last time. But the price is the price! I knew that she was trying to overcharge me! I don’t like the dishonesty and them trying to get over. Also, they weren’t really friendly! On top of that, I can still see the old polish!

Crissy Caldwell Love my nails always the young lady sitting behind Dany dis them and she did an awesome job. The other young girl who did my pedicure not so much. My feet are still dry and rough.

Retse Johnson-Daniel I was told about this spot by a friend during the pandemic. I started coming with my two young daughters in 2021 and have been coming faithfully ever since. Sosa is my nail tech for everything! She takes her time on my pedicures and constantly amazes me with her design skills on my hands. The nails on my hands have grown from stubs to so long that people think I have acrylics!! I love talking to her and I give her free choice because she is always inspired. Reanny usually takes care of my two girls and she is super patient and sweet with them. She answers their million and one questions and they always leave feeling amazing. I absolutely love this spot and Sosa and Reanny get 5+ stars from my girls and I!! Definitely check them out!

Mickey Official I walked into Solar Nails at 5:40 PM for a full set and pedicure. Only two people were working…a woman and a guy named Ten. I didn’t get seated until 7:00 PM, which was already frustrating. Ten did both my pedicure and my nails, and while he was professional, that’s about where the positives end. The salon smelled like ten pounds of bounce that ass—not even exaggerating. It was musty and just off, not the clean, fresh scent you expect from a nail spot. What really sealed the deal, though, was during my nail service: I spotted a roach crawling near the trash can beside Ten. I pointed it out, and instead of handling it properly, he just shook it into the trash and closed the lid like it was nothing… and kept on doing my nails. At that point, I was just ready to go. I checked out and paid $90—$50 for the pedicure and $40 for the full set. The R&B station they had playing was the only thing keeping me calm. Loved the music, hated the rest of the experience. Final verdict: Decent nails, good music, but between the long wait, the smell, and the roach, I won’t be back.

Truth Seeker Hi. The quality they use on nails will break in a week. I went to get my own nails gel painted. Within a week my nails and the nail art started getting cracks in them. I’m not hard on my nails because this does not happen when I get my nails done at other places. All I do is wash the dishes at my house and use a little bleach in the water sometimes. The nail art off of my big toe fell off as well.

Royalty Fresh LLC Chan & Bay never fail on my nails. Mr. Tony did an exceptional and excellent job on my nails. I wanted a jelly rainbow style but he insisted on doing freestyle and I told him to go for it. The work he put in I love it!!! Thank you Chan & Bay and Mr. Tony.

Joy Hardeman Listen! Dont walk. RUN to these people OK. I had such a fabulous experience from the moment I walked in the door. My mother referred me and I kept telling her I would come. I finally came and Im so glad I did. I got a pedicure and a full set. They did not disappoint. I was offered a glass of wine and they even gave me a free cuticle oil. My toes are fabulous. My feet feel so soft. My nails are super cute and unique. Yes, the nail tech (Bell) free handed my design. I brought my daughter and he outdid himself AGAIN! I found my new home!

Mrs G I tried to give them another chance, after witnessing how they treated a dissatisfied customer last week. The guy that did my pedicure is outstanding. However, last time they proceeded to do my manicure, while I was in the pedicure chair. It was very rushed, cramped and three of my nails needed repaired. They don’t know I understand what they are saying. Today, they talked me into a scrub treatment. She waited till my pedicure was almost over, to bring out the small packet. Not worth the extra $10. When I told her I don’t want it, she walked away saying, “Cheap people!” in her native tongue. This will be my last visit. If my fingernails weren’t so chipped, I would bypass the manicure. Also, it’s a safety hazard, to put the gel hardener machine on the pedicure ledge, by the water. I asked that they empty the water first! Also one of the employees rinsed off blue towels in the pedicure water basin; then she had a client put her feet in the basin. That was so nasty. UPDATE: The unprofessional manager tried to use a drill to take off my nail polish. I told her no drill, I’m trying to harden my own nails. So I did not get a manicure, but I still tipped the guy who did my feet. Once again she made a comment and when I spoke back to her in her language, she tried to apologize. One of the customers was like wow, you know what she said?! Then I told her yes, she was talking about you too with another employee (about her feet).

J C Worst full set I have ever received in my life. Looked like a child was the nail tech. Also, 2 days later, 2 nails popped off just like I had on press on nails. AWFUL JOB...Will never return to this shop.

Keisha Grant Got a classic pedi with gel polish and one toe repair for $40. Decent price but the lady doing my feet made 2 toes bleed (picture of big toe and second toe) Barely scrubbed my left foot. This is the same night I got them done and they clearly still crusty. (Picture of left foot heel) Paint job could’ve been better considering I was the only person in there.
