Amy McCart Can I rate it a ZERO?!!! My son chipped his front tooth. I called and explained the situation, and though the office close to our house was closed, they said they could get me in the Cumming office. It was an hour drive, but front tooth, so kinda important. Upon arrival (10 min early), when we go back, the technician says, “Oh the Dentist won’t be able to see you today.” I about flipped out. I drove an hour, then waited 45 minutes to see the Dentist, NEVER SAW HER, then had to drive an HOUR HOME!!!!! The technician blamed it on the “call center” booking appointments. I was EXTREMELY upset. Still am super frustrated. Dropping the ball on a LOT of core values on this one!! (See photo!!)

Chrissy My daughter had a horrible first experience with her prior dentist when she was younger. Yesterday we saw the group here and the were FANTASTIC with her. They kept her calm, eased her anxiety (along with mine) and made her visit as relaxing as going to the dentist could be. She has to have several procedures done and at the age of 5 told me she cant wait to go back so they can finish helping make her smile pretty again! Jamie Wolfe We came here several times with my daughter and was told she needed to go to the sedation center and get SEVEN crowns on her baby teeth. We were basically bullied by the dentist the last time we were there for not getting the work done. We went to another dentist and got a second opinion and she ended up only needing one crown and 2 fillings. Definitely watch out for this place and wanting to do unnecessary work to your children!

The doctor and his assistant were all very friendly and helpful, especially because I have a phobia with the dentist, although the procedure I had wasnt easy (tooth extraction), the doctor and his team did everything possible to make it pleasant and painless. They have very good professional Hygienists, gentle, and thorough, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Even though they are specialized with Implants but they provide cleaning services. Highly recommended!

Cameron Kelpsa Nothing is less fun than gum surgery and periodontic work and expensive! But no clinic could’ve made the experience easier. No business could have been better at follow up in customer Service and caring about the patient. Marie in that office is nothing short of an angel. She is consistently kind, empathetic, and professional. She makes me feel like family. Dr. Montes who is so capable,, is the most Gracious, consummate professional. Lacey, one of her nurses is beyond amazing and has the best bedside manner. I was blown away by all of them. I brought them all German chocolate cake, and brownies the day of to sweeten them up! I suggest all of you do the same because maybe that’s why I got such exceptional care? Lol but I think that’s just them!! I heard all these stories about this surgery and I dreaded it, but they made it so easy and I had major work done too. I miss regular food right now, but it will come back!! Roman Mabes Dr Herr and his whole team have been wonderful with both me and my mother, who previously dealt with cancer and the therapy did a number on her teeth. Theyve all been very understanding, and they do genuinely listen to you as a patient. After getting my emergency root canal and getting into regular appointments, this is the best dentist Ive ever had.

Admittedly, going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, but Dr. Kramer and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They have gone a long way to help me overcome some previous dental experiences, so I am eternally grateful. One warning, be prepared to have to wait a little bit to get for your visit, but if you have any flexibility in your schedule, they will likely be able to get you in a sooner via another patients cancelled appointment time.

From scheduling the appointment to the extraction and follow up, they were so kind. They made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and the personal phone call at the end of her day to see that I was doing okay was the cherry on top!

Toni Ramsay My journey started in October, when I started looking for a dentist to do my implants, I went to several of the large offices and most advertise places and never got that warm fuzzy feeling I then went to Georgia implants and dentures, and I just fell in love with that Dentist and his staff December 5. I had my implants done with IV sedation and there’s no words to express how amazing the anesthesiologist was as well as the doctor and his staff. every single follow up visit since that time has been nothing short of amazing. I never feel rushed. I never feel. nothing but a lot of compassion, caring people that have done an amazing job. I recommend this office over any of the large offices that are advertised. If you are needing implants and more the best, please give them a shot. You won’t be sorry.

Amy at the front desk couldn’t have been sweeter and helpful even getting my kiddos down for appointments. Larissa was my hygienist and gave me a squeeze stress ball to hold. She explained everything. Dr. Stephanie was amazing as well. She explained everything and was so speedy in helping me I barely had time to be nervous.
