Kathleen Hunton I was referred to Dr Lim from. Co worker because i did not have a regular Dentist. They took me right away because i was in tears with pain. He quickly acessed me and advised i need oral surgery which i have way expected. Dr lim and his staff wasted no time in finding a surgeon that could take care if the same day. I went to the surgeon and from the time i saw Dr Lim until after surgery was about 2 hours. The quick and caring response from Dr Lum and his staff saved me. I have a great new dentist now and would not even consider anyone else. Thank you Dr Lim. You and your staff have renewed my faith in the dentistry field.

Billy Rubano Called the office to discuss how they charge insurance because it was abnormal. Very rude office staff tried to play it off like it was a legal requirement that they file with primary and bill us before ever filing with secondary insurance. After much back and forth they admitted it was a company policy and not in fact a legal requirement. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS. There is absolutely no reason to charge the patient before filing both insurances, which is the standard practice in dental care. Call around, ask other oral surgeons and every single one will tell you this is a red flag and you should find somewhere else. After reading other reviews their motive seems apparent: get money from you and then dont answer the phone when you call to try to get it reimbursed after insurance pays them.

Penny Scott If I could rate Dr Kragor and his team a 10 I would. Superb care and professionalism. In this day and age, to get a doctor to personally call you to see how you doing after a procedure is rare. Thank you Dr Kragor and team, your passion for your patients shines through.

Kerri Peters My husband had to be seen today for 2 extractions and to begin the process for an implant on one of those teeth. This practice is wonderful!! From the front office to the doctor himself. They took the time to make sure we completely understood everything and patiently answered all of our questions. My husband was very impressed with Dr. Krager, not only did he make sure he was informed of everything he was doing but his kind "bedside" manner was very much appreciated. He also remarked how quickly he got the teeth out. Great experience with this office!!! We HIGHLY recommended them.

James Green Experience was terrible. My first visit to this dentist and my last. There seemed to be a lot of tension among the staff there. The dentist was rough in his examination. I called prior to my appointment for a breakdown on the charges for a simple cleaning and after my procedure was told I owed them $77.00. My insurance paid them the contracted amounts after the appointment and I discovered that they had overcharged me. Was told they never refund. This place is a total sham!

Lauryn Falkenstein I had wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Chung. I highly recommend him. His skillful and careful work meant my recovery was very quick and I had only mild pain even on the first day.

The dental hygienist, Sarah, was pleasant and sympathetic, and proved very capable in attending to my needs before and after the dentist made his recommendation for a new crown. I sincerely appreciated Dr. Mereddy informing me of his movements before executing them, his gentle handling, and his considerate inquiries regarding my comfort during the administration of local anesthesia and tooth polishing. Ang Cochran Two of my children see Dr. Mereddy after an interesting (not in a good way) experience with Dr. Parmiter. He is patient and thorough. My children actually look forward to going to the dentist. The staff is so helpful and great with the kids. My youngest child will go here as soon as she is old enough.

James Sartin Dr Meredy is one of the best in the business! He has beside manners which is an attribute hardly seen these days. In my visits he’s always been very professional and provided excellent treatment.

Flying Frog Guess no one thinks about rating a dentist because deep down no one likes going. BUT if you have to go I would rate Dr. McAfee and his staff top notch. The gals at the front desk have always been good to me, communicate well, and they have a text system to remind you of your appointment. I had a cracked tooth that was causing me to loose sleep and Dr. McAfee ended up fitting me in (I believe during his lunchtime) on a Friday so I wouldnt have to be in pain thru the weekend waiting for my scheduled appointment the following week. He is also very attentive to my fear of pain and needles. Ive been going there for over 10 years now and have no plans of going anywhere else. They also take all the local insurance for Shawn and the other big companies to the best of my knowledge.

Courtney Moore The only reason I gave 1 star is because you have to in order to leave a review. This man has the worst bed side manner I have ever endured in my 35 yrs of life. First of all, who tells someone to "quieten down, its not that bad" while they are in pain and telling you that they are not numb?? Lets not forget to mention the cut on my lip, which hurts worse than the extraction sites, the massive cuts on the inside of each of my jaws and the left over tooth in my gums he pulled.. Do not recommend!!
