1 /5 Billy Rubano: Called the office to discuss how they charge insurance because it was abnormal. Very rude office staff tried to play it off like it was a legal requirement that they file with primary and bill us before ever filing with secondary insurance. After much back and forth they admitted it was a company policy and not in fact a legal requirement. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS. There is absolutely no reason to charge the patient before filing both insurances, which is the standard practice in dental care. Call around, ask other oral surgeons and every single one will tell you this is a red flag and you should find somewhere else. After reading other reviews their motive seems apparent: get money from you and then dont answer the phone when you call to try to get it reimbursed after insurance pays them.
