Michael Peterson I went here to get my braces and everything seemed fine other than the not so welcoming staff! I just recently got my braces taken off but they said they lost my retainer and would call me when they found it which is completely unacceptable considering the amount I paid! i called up there after waiting weeks, if not months, for them to call me back but now their story has changed. Now they are saying they never lost it but that they are just waiting for my retainers to come in. WHICH ONE IS IT?! Either way this is not a place I would recommend getting your braces at. Either they are unreliable or liars! Do better!

frannie Molina I’m truly confused as to why this place has so many bad reviews. The cons. It is outdated and we waited a long time we really did. The pros. His staff was absolutely amazing like best I’ve encountered . The dental assistants and front office are gold . I had 3 kids in 3 rooms. They made my daughter who was beyond nervous feel at ease. My youngest who is a hand full was soooo done waiting and Amber walked him around !!! They were kind helpful and patient. I wish all the dr offices I encountered had staff like he does.

Shari Martin I am so disappointed its been so bad there i chose that denial office because it was close to where I supposed to get top.and bottom dentures but partial came i they tired to me them my insurance company pay to top and bottom I have lost time of work now I have keep making arrangements to get my denture after this i am done I would advise no one to go there its not a good dentist office

I love the staff , always humble and kind and understanding. My top denture fits perfect and they are SO pretty . Going back for the bottom and Im scared but excited at the same time !

Kristy Alexander If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review until now. While Oral Surgeons of Atlanta is generally a great practice, our experience with Dr. Fulton Lewis and his team in Covington was extremely disappointing and very concerning. The negative reviews are absolutely accurate. My best advice: choose a different location with a different doctor.

Neal Dr. Lewis and his team are great! While these surgeries can be difficult, he and his staff always try to go above and beyond. Beware of old reviews because several of the older doctors have since retired.

SUSANN SHRIVER Great experience. My son had adult teeth pulled a few years ago before braces. So when it came time to remove his wisdom teeth, I didn’t hesitate to go back. My son has a reaction to Versed, a common premed. This office and doctor was excellent at listening to my concerns and offering an alternative. They were very considerate and called twice to check on him. Excellent care and service.

Kimberly Kirkland The entire staff is professional and kind. You can really tell that they care for their patients. My anxiety level is always on 10 whenever I am seen at the dentist. The staff made sure that I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. I experienced a dry socket from having all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted ( another doctor) and I called Dr. Sterlings office and they worked me in the same day. I was in and out. Yes I was very nervous but the dental hygienist held my hand and made sure I was ok. I am so thankful that I was referred to Dr. Sterling. Best dentist hands down in Covington

Julia Mitchell .I already visit Dr Carrington for my cleanings and repairs now I had a project for Her, I fell and broke 3 front lower teeth.She had to remove teeth and build up bone. for a bridge.She told me more than once that my new teeth would be nicer and straighter than the ones I had lost.I have just recieved my permanent bridge and I am amazed at the new look.I am thrilled. Would I recommend anyone to go to Her, absolutely and I am so proud of Her work I will smile for anyone to see my beautiful lower teeth. My Son is going to Her office also and getting a good ammount of work done, He is happy with Her recommended treatments.We will not go any where else...... I

The front staff was very professional. And he resolved the issue with my son teeth! The before and after pictures are phenomenal, His teeth are straight again, thanks to this Team!

Brenda Wright My husband went to have his tooth removed, that was in his sinus cavity. He was referred by his regular dentist, due to the possibility he would need additional packing ECT. After sitting in the office, over an hour, my husband was told that they didnt want to do it because hes on humira. Then hes told they emailed his dermatologist, to get an ok. Really?? Email? Can you not pick up the phone, get the ok, have them email you with written approval. Lazy customer service, or should I say I DONT CARE THAT YOUVE TAKEN A DAY OFF WORK, DRIVEN OVER AN HOUR, SAT OVER AN HOUR, WHILST YOU ALL HAD THE INFORMATION THAT HE IS ON HUMIRA IN FRONT OF YOU!! I am irate as can be. This is ridiculous. Now were headed home, because it goes into "their afternoon schedule". Very poor customer service!!

Brooklyn Denero Terrible interpersonal skills, and Im being nice, with new staff at every visit. I was talking to some other ladies in the waiting room and they were saying something similar. In addition, youre always waiting,theyre always behind schedule. Find a good knowledgeable dentist, dont go to this place. I had a second opinion because what she said didnt sound right. The new dentist asked me twice,"who told you this? I dont know why she would say this" and showed me everything on the screen. The only consistent employee is Kim. Stay away!

ralph Hayes i had a tooth extracted and a tooth added to my denture,the office helper lady,didnt bother to explain all cost and procedures at front desk,she waited till i got in the chair and brought in papers for me to sign and didnt explain all details,and the final bill was different than the quote,i was told id pay around 40-60 dol.for the extraction and i wound up paying over 600.dol.cash,later igot a bill in mail that says i owe total 1180.dol.for extras,i feel i was lied to and ripped off,i suggest using caution and demand an up front cost analysis before treatment
