Family Ed. Dr. Thomas is the most kind, caring, and compassionate dentist I have ever had. He is professional yet friendly. Everyone here is just so nice and friendly; its almost like a family. They have completely changed the way I view going to the dentist. It is now such a positive experience, even when I have to have something scary done, like have a tooth pulled. The new building, of course, is beautiful! I would definitely recommend 100%.

Kelly Weber The hygienists are very pleasant and helpful but should find a better office to work for. The front desk staff is rude and so is whoever is scheduling appointments. You can get a cleaning here fast but if you need even a cavity filled good luck they will put you off for months over 6 months. If you need a referral all you’re going to get is a scribbled down number and you will be doing the work of transferring records and making calls yourself. This is a poorly run facility and aside the from the hygienists these people don’t care about their patients.

Sherita Mack I am so pleased with my first visit. Adriana, the hygienist was so pleasant, conversation was so delightful I wasnt mindful that my teeth was being cleaned. Dr. Thomas was warm and friendly. The office and staff were all pleasant, polite and professional.

Mary Ellen Smith Dr Hall is the BEST Dentist! I used to be so scared of going but ever since I have been going to see him I’m not so scared anymore! He makes you feel right at home & so comfortable! He doesn’t even hurt ! Also the staff is very sweet and thoughtful! I would recommend everyone to go see Dr Hall! You will just LOVE him!

Danny Coleman Had never tried Dr. Hall and his office until Monday but I am so glad I did. Atmosphere is very comfortable and his staff makes you feel right at home. Had my first filling done today and it was done so smoothly pain free. I am so glad I found Dr. Hall and Jennifer. I would recommend this dentist and staff to anyone for all your dental care. I also love Dr. Halls bedside manner. Makes you feel like you have know him for years. I will definitely be continuing to use Dr. Hall as my new dentist.

Tiffany Deal My son needed to be seen ASAP, East Ga Oral got him in the same week and got him on the schedule for the procedure only a couple of days after the initial appointment. Everyone was friendly and extremely patient and understanding with my child. The Dr. called me the night after the surgery to check on him and answer any questions I had. We cannot recommend them enough.

Jewel Bowen NO STARS. Was told my deadly cough wasn’t a priority, by a nurse(I wish I would’ve gotten her name), been in this waiting room for 2 hours. I stopped coming to this hospital years ago and made a bad choice today. I will not be back for myself or anyone I care about because these nurses and doctors don’t care.

Roger Martin Dr. A is rude and unattaintive towards patients. From the waiting rooms to the bathrooms are kept in unsanitary and filthy conditions. The doctor stated "In my country our people learn how to suffer. You Americans are spoiled and pampered too much." Dr. refused to do blood work even though there was a documented history of decreased liver and kidney function. I would rather die on the way to another hospital than get bandaids from this stain on our community.

Syndee Peterson I was admitted to the behavioral health unit and it is the worst impatient mental facility I have ever been too!! All you do is sit around and watch tv. It’s very obvious that the nurses and staff DO NOT CARE about there patients! If you need help DO NOT GO HERE! I witnessed nurses slam doors in patients faces, they are required to do safety checks every 15 min I was in my room for 3 hours reading and not one person came to check on me. This place needs to be shut down and lawsuits waiting to happen!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Jack Webb I went there 4 different times checking on bags of cheese balls. Nothing. Im disgusted.

Amanda Harry We were overly impressed with our experience here. My son broke off his front tooth and was mortified. Dr Brinson did an AMAZING job rebuilding his tooth. It looks absolutely perfect in matching with his other teeth. I expected to be able to tell a little bit of a difference but I can’t. He was so nice and made my son feel so comfortable. We are beyond pleased. My kids now beg to go have their teeth cleaned. Fabulous job!

Rebekah Hickson Highly recommended! Everyone from the desk clerk to the dentist was polite and kind, it made a trip to the dentist much less nerve wracking. I was helped by Teresa and she explained the processes she was doing and answered every question that popped in my head. Dr. Smith was very pleasant and very clear in his explanations as well. Update- they are even better than I originally thought! Im a nervous dental patient and when I went to get cavities filled they were a dream. They allowed me to listen to music with headphones to relax and told me what they were doing every step of the way. Seriously the most polite and professional dentist Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Terry Blount My name is Terry Blount and I am a new patient of Dr. Smith. I first visited him four months ago and returned yesterday to have a tooth removed. From the first visit I really enjoyed the experience I had. But the visit yesterday with the extractions just put the icing on the cake for me. Dr. Smith and all of his staff are friendly and helpful. They all take the time to listen to me and explain everything. He removed the tooth yesterday and I felt no pain when he extracted it. I had to ask "Are you done already?". I recommend Dr. Smith and his GREAT staff to anyone needing a SUPER dentist. THANK YOU DR. SMITH AND ALL OF THE STAFF.

Cold Cassie “Strick” Hes great! He takes extra time and puts in extra effort to make sure his work comes out looking perfect. Plus he tried to save us money on my procedure(s). Thats rare for a dentist. He also provided adequate pain meds for afterwards which is, again, rare these days. Would recommend to everyone for sure!
