Chris Wilson I attended hot yoga, instructed by Katie. It was exactly what I needed to start my Friday morning! If youre new to yoga the instructors are great at breaking skills down while also providing options for more experienced yogis. I will definitely be signing up for more classes!

Donovan Davis Not only is Grace Elite an amazing but Coach Shay is absolutely amazing! My daughters love coach Shay and she has been able to progress both of my daughters so much. She was able to get my oldest baby on the varsity team as a freshman and my youngest baby on the middle school team. By far the best program my daughters have been apart of and thank you Coach Shay for seeing their potential and motivating them!

Dana Zekri I joined this location in December of 2022 and remained consistent to the workouts and my intentions being disciplined. I credit this in large part to the workouts, the staff, and the atmosphere that the owners create. The sauna experience is exceptional. I have no aches, my joints are flexible again and Im sleeping through the night again. The owners and staff are always available if you have questions, or suggestions. Ive never been more consistent or enjoyed a workout more than I have with Hotworx. Highly recommend.

Carl Joyce Douglasville, gymnastics in cheerleading has been extremely amazing. They really take the time out to learn their students work with them one on one when they can and really provide excellent training to every single child/athlete that comes through their door. Our daughter has been a part of their program since the parent tot class, she is now five years old and still gets excited every single time for gymnastics. The programs are top notch, the facility is clean, the equipment is up to standard as well as the management and staff are friendly on top of all of the instructors coach with a smile on their face. Our daughter will continue to attend Douglasville Gymnastics and Cheerleading for as long as she shows interest. 10/10 Recommend.
