Miguel Angel Lopez This place is a total joke. I’ve been trying to attend here for the last two years. They supposedly helped me apply for funding and all this stuff for funding for school and classes and signed up and everything come to find out last year. They dropped the ball and didn’t apply the funding like they were supposed to this year. I’ve done everything the way they told me to do it and by the date they told me to do it now they’re saying that I didn’t do it by the due date so there’s nothing they can do would not recommend trying to do anything here if it’s your first time applying for funding or have a lot of questions because they are no help whatsoever I still don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing, and I was trying to do everything by the book the way they were telling me to do it

panda_panda Can’t coordinate parking at the Dalton Convention Center. It’s so difficult to get out after graduation. Otherwise it’s an okay school.

Sean Thomasson This school is incredibly disorganized, and I deeply regret transferring here. I completed my financial aid process on time during the fall semester, but the school couldnt provide a clear explanation as to why my aid wasn’t disbursed on schedule. I reached out multiple times—calling and emailing well in advance of the deadline. After several follow-ups, I received a voicemail from "MEGAN" in the Financial Aid office at 4:00 PM on the final day to pay (the office closes at 4:15 PM), informing me that I needed to make a $1,200 deposit on a NELNET payment plan to secure my classes. If I hadn’t paid, I would have been dropped from my courses and forced to re-register.
The very next day, my financial aid was finally disbursed and covered the full tuition. Had I made the payment, I would have been out $1,200, and according to their refund policy, it would’ve taken months to get that money back.
Now, in the spring semester, having the same issues. I still havent received a response from Financial Aid after emailing them two days ago.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering classes here look elsewhere. At the very least, check out reviews on "RateMyProfessor"—they’re spot on.
I’m sure the college will post some generic, lip-service response to my review. If they truly cared about their students, they would keep us informed about financial aid and prevent unnecessary stress.
If you don’t believe me, visit the campus. The staff is rude and avoids answering questions about pretty much anything. Emails and phone calls are often ignored or met with attitude as if youre bothering them.
