Steph Pick Pickens county pays over a million to have the field redone. We gave a ok team. Hardly play at home and the band director doesnt have the band play hardly any. Last night Carrollton lions came. Their band was awesome. Full of spirit. Ours didnt play hardly at all and didnt even cheer. And 8 bucks fir a high school game. Please?!?

michael belt DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD STAY HERE. THIS PLACE EITHER DOSE NOT CARE, NEGLIGENT, ,UNDERSTAFFED OR COMBINATION. State minimum requirements just like foster care and state custody when made too. They do nothing about bullies. They dont watch your child BAD NON CARING ATMOSPHERE that trickles down from the top thur staff and to the kids. Read reviews on indeed Glassdoor ect. If your child goes here listen to there day its true

Kate Goodwin My son has gone to this daycare for nearly two months. (He started at 3 months old) I cannot say enough about how amazing this daycare is. They have truly become like family. My son is very well taken care of everyday and is always smiling when I drop him off. We are relocating to a daycare that is closer. ( I drive 40 min one way and back track back to work). I’m very sad to leave this daycare. If you are looking at enrolling your baby here, you will not regret it. They are top notch. Secure, clean, and friendly!

jodi stancil deetlefs We love Mountain Laurel Academy! Our experience there has been exceptional. From the first meeting with the principal, I could tell how much she cared about her students, and that she was completely invested in helping kids reach their potential in education. The school atmosphere is very conducive to learning – with board room type tables and office chairs, as opposed to hard, wooden desks in a perfect row. There is a NO CELL PHONE rule which I love! They take the phones up when students arrive and give them back at the end of the day, which, in my opinion, alleviates so many unnecessary distractions. We thoroughly appreciate the small classes, great student to teacher ratios, and the amazing field trips. My 9th grade daughter has done so many interesting things this year including learning ASL (American Sign Language), learning from a Grandmaster to play chess, taking self-defense classes, and having opportunities to enter art and writing competitions in the region. This is in addition to her top-notch 9th grade education classes including World History, Geometry, Biology, and English Composition. My daughter loves her teachers; they invest so much time and energy into making their lessons interesting and challenging. If you are looking for a school that is academically focused, with opportunities for internships and dual enrollment into college, with qualified instructors who care about your students, and with an emphasis on preparing students to be independent learners ready for secondary education, then Mountain Laurel Academy could be just the place for you!
