Ciara Tabor I came to the Madison County Board of Education a month ago with an issue that occurred at one of the elementary schools. After several several phone calls along with a few emails this issue has yet to be resolved.
The school went on a field trip & while there my sons shoes were lost. I was in touch with the school, while the principal was rude I decided I’d just deal with Mr. Williams. He assured me as long as I sent in a receipt I would be reimbursed. Here it is a month later along with the emails and phone calls I’ve yet to be reimbursed. I am a single mother, I’m not asking for sympathy, but the fact that the money that was used to replace the lost shoes to begin with could be used for groceries or gas for transportation back and forth for my kids.
I am extremely disappointed in the way this has been handled!
