Oriel Myles ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The first time I visited Laurel Lane, I reached out on Instagram to ask about booking a group appointment for a Holiday Girls Day Out. We wanted to get permanent bracelets together, and she made the whole process so easy from start to finish. When we arrived, she even had Prosecco ready for us! She was so hospitable and went above and beyond to make our girls day such a fun, memorable experience. Since then, I’ve recommended her to anyone looking for something fun and unique to do in the city. More recently, I surprised my best friend with an appointment to get matching anklets for her birthday. Once again, she exceeded expectations—making it special and even helping coordinate a birthday surprise. Her jewelry is absolutely beautiful and high quality—I still get so many compliments on the pieces I wear daily. Beyond her stunning chain selection for permanent jewelry, she also offers unique ready-to-wear earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. She truly goes above and beyond every single time. Caleb L Had an earring backing replaced for $60. The second time I wore the earrings the exact same backing broke in the same spot. There was also major tarnishing on the earring itself. The front desk man with glasses told me he offered no guarantee on the jewelers work and that “silver just breaks.” When I asked him to repair it again he said he would for another $85 and no guarantee on the work. On top of that, the work would take 3-4 weeks to get done. He was very condescending and rude the entire conversation and when I tried to get him to explain why the repair his shop made broke so easily he became irate and asked me to leave the store. When I told him I would be leaving a review he said in response he would “be leaving a review for me too,” referring to my company uniform I was wearing at the time. A service company which he does not use. Extremely unprofessional and hostile environment that has ripped me off on two occasions now and tries to over charge every single service or piece of jewelry they provide. I strongly recommend shopping at any other jewelry store. The photos I included were of the earrings they “repaired.” The one I had them fix several months ago broke immediately after only wearing twice, and is tarnished on the front from however they were handling it.

Milagro Rosales I’ve known Daniel for a few years now. I first met him in Raleigh, where I bought a beautiful necklace from him, and we’ve kept in touch ever since. While visiting Atlanta recently, I decided to stop by and look for a bracelet and as always, Daniel exceeded my expectations. He’s truly one of the most thoughtful and honest jewelers I’ve ever met. I cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about this small, family-owned business, the quality of their jewelry, diamonds, and top notch customer service. I was looking for a very specific style of eternity band (rounds on the outside and baguettes in the middle). When I was unable to find anything in local jewelry stores I began doing internet research and thats how I found Masina. They had EXACTLY what I was looking for. Masina Diamonds is in Georgia and I live in the mid-Atlantic region so it seemed strange to buy something of such value without seeing it in person. This was a non-issue for Masina. Not only did Star send me photos and videos of someone modeling the ring, she was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and there was never any pressure to make a sale. Instead I felt empowered to navigate the process and take as much time as I needed. Masinas prices were extremely fair and reasonable compared to other jewelers with similar rings but inflated prices for less carat weight and quality. The vibe the other jewelers gave made me feel icky like I was prey. After several months of thinking, I reached back out to Star to begin the purchase process which couldnt have been easier and more secure. I am extremely grateful for the stellar customer service, answers to questions, and patience for several months while I made a decision. I would definitely recommend Masina to anyone shopping for diamonds or fine jewelry no matter their location. After my shopping experience with them, it’s apparent Masina is a subject matter expert and I feel proud to be one of their consumers. If you look on their website, theres a reason theyve won so many awards and accolades. Family is everything and I recognize that Masina is a small, family-owned business and to me, that means everything. The ring I purchased was for a commitment ceremony my partner and I did recently while away on vacation in the Caribbean. He wanted to purchase a ring I would love and wear not only as a symbol of our commitment to each other, but also our commitment together to Jesus and God. The ring I chose from Masina is just shy of 5 carats of natural round and baguette diamonds. To say "I LOVE it" is a severe understatement. It is stunning and will someday belong to our daughter. I even told him I was willing to drive from Florida to ATL and was going to place multiple orders and still no response. Clearly does not want to sell anything.
