Pavement Pound That (Pound that pavement) I needed help filing a FTCA lawsuit I was told by Dozier law firm Westmoreland law firm would be able to help me. I contacted this firm to at least get a consultation. Me and the lawyer at first kept missing each other over the phone. The last contact I had with this company the receptionist told me someone would be calling me back. To this day I have never received a call back or have a free consultation about my case. I would think that if Im on your voicemail more than once, that I would at least receive a call back.

His secretary Missy was very friendly and got off the elevator with her and she directed me where I needed to go for my appointment. I arrived a little earlier than.y appointment but they took me in. Gary Torresi OK, I am a 100% disabled veteran that hired Morgan And Morgan and I received nothing. They do not return phone calls for Social Security disability and since then they have transferred people so people come and go so you’re never dealing with the same person to any veterans out there or citizens run from these people. They are going to do nothing for you. In my opinion. It’s basically I’m on my own.

LaShanda I recently contacted this law firm to present my case and to find out whether or not Attorney McCain handled cases as mine - when I reached their office, i spoke with a gentleman by the name of Shawn Carter. When i tell you that i was highly impressed and beyond satisfied with my phone interaction - there are not enough words in our English vocabulary to describe truly how impressed I was with my phone interaction with Mr. Carter. Mr. Carter exemplified superb listening skills, compassion, empathy and his follow-up and follow through was simply impeccable. I am a firm believer that who a business, company, etc has on their "front lines" of their business representing them can do 1 of two things Make the business and company stronger, better and more efficient or destroy and tear down a company and business from the way they are conducting themselves and representing the company they are employed with and for me, Mr. Carter truly out shines and rank them all - it is my hope that Attorney McCain knows what an asset he has in Mr. Carter and the way Mr. Carter interacts on the phone with me truly helped me and although Attorney McCain wasnt able to be the one to assist me with my case, I felt it necessary to make my post of my phone interaction and experience with Mr. Carter and say, "Thank You Mr. Carter, May GOD bless and keep you and your family always."

NoQam Wichuyahu Franklin T. Gaddy was rude and disrespected every scheduled appointment we had. I was never able to get an appointment with him in person, so the scheduled phone appointments and emails that were sent to him were never answered. The one time I did speak to him over the phone as a potential client, seemed cold and despondent. He was arrogant and complained to me about his new born child as an excuse for not being able to reply. The second time we spoke on the phone, he was almost 30 minutes late calling, when I asked him why he did not honor our appointment time, he declined to answer. He responded, "he had been doing this for a long time and we would not be able to work together." Please do not use this attorney if you are in a crisis painful domestic situation, his callous arrogant attitude is heart breaking.

charlene boston Benjamin was very good and thorough. I did not feel as though I was just signing papers. He was very conversational with me and my children. He made the process very smooth.
