Sharon Joyave Elder law practice came to our rescue at a time when we needed them so much. My dad was in late stage Alzheimers and very difficult to care for. We were trying to get him into a nursing home and be able to receive aid from Medicaid due to the high monthly rate of the nursing home. David and Melinda told us not to worry about it, that it would happen. They handled things with the nursing home. We did not have to pay the regular monthly fee even though it took a couple of months For my dad to be excepted on Medicaid.Melinda was more than compassionate to my mother. Joseph Mikell Called up to ask for representation. Just someone to please go in my stead and plead guilty for me as I have had to move out of state and it would be the same monetarily to just hire someone to handle this. This man became irate and started to get louder and more worked up yelling at me that he was just trying to help me. When I stated that he didnt ever present me with that option and why did he just jump into being so worked up he responded with "Well it sounds like you dont want my help" All I asked the man to do was go to a court room and say that my client has plead guilty and then notify me of the repercussions and it was like I offended him. I assume he just wanted me to take his option as it would cost me three times the amount of money and be about the same amount of work for him. Might be a great attorney but only go to him if you really want to do things his way.

Sabrina Zuccarini Very disappointed! Annie was recommended to me so I checked her out with great reviews. However she definitely let me down...she let me know the DAY OF MEDIATION she had a conflict of interest with the opposite attorney. Very minimal communication. We met 2 times one to do a free consultation and then again to pay her. Little back story I was a stay at home mom for 4 years. The day I hired her I got a job. With that said when mediation came we were so very unprepared! And she forced me to take what was offered. Didnt even met with me before hand! She was not very interested in the case or what I had to say! Not working in 4 years I took on ALL THE RESPONSIBILITIES which is fine but then I had to pay off 2 of his bills for him. Not to mention anything I had to tell her or bring to the table she wanted a paper timeline then would tell me thats not going to work. She was definitely not the attorney shes chalked up to be! Never not once returned my phone calls to the point id sent several emails and wait a week for a response! Dont always go off reviews and word of mouth! Go with your gut!
